Location is perfect. The hotel was quiet, the beds are comfortable. Room and bathroom were clear. Enough place for clothes. There is a loundry in hotel with washmachine and dryer, can be used for free. Check in at Hotel Plaza (few minutes walk), receptionists are always helpful and kind. It was our 3. visit in Västerås, stayd always at this hotel.

Windows could be opened only very narrow, just a small part. During our 1-2. stay in the hotel I suffered from this, but this time when I mentioned my problem at reception (Hotel Plaza), they arranged a bigger room for us, with balcony…with fresh air… for no extra costs. I appriciated it very much.

No breakfast at the hotel but a short walk to the BW Plaza - and breakfast could be had there (not included in room rate). Check in was also at the BW Plaza but easy to find from there and directions were provided. Perfectly functional. There is a coffee machine downstairs and basic tea/coffee services are available in the room.

There was a little confusion with the rooms and bed types but other than that it was a great stay. Located just off the main square this hotel has easy and stress free access to the entire town. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. There is no staff at this location and is operated by the Best Western down the street. There is a large kitchen area with seating for all. Kitchen utensils, plates, forks, knives etc... it is fantastic for meeting with friends and family for a do it yourself get together. There is also a lounge area that is excellent for casual conversations. Free coffee 24/7 If you do fine without a fully staffed hotel you'll have fantastic stay. If you like being pampered then this one is not for you.

Right in the middle of town!

Location of hotel was pretty good, easily accessible and close to the city center. The hotel and room itself were clean and pleasant to stay at. It was also pretty calm and not noisy which is a good plus.

The check in process was not well organized, when I came to the property there was information that I need to go to a totally different location for completing check in, it was not explained before arrival and it is not a good experience to find out about it upon arrival.

Very well located Hotel. It's close to downtown, close to supermarkets, cinemas, restaurant areas, etc. Price aligned with services and quality. Perfect for business trips

Unfortunately breakfast it's not included, maybe a brief one might be great and not only a coffee machine or vending machine

The room was awesome, the bathroom was clean. We were 2 kids and 2 adults, it was quite comfortable with a table and 4 chairs in the room and almost a separate bedroom for the parents. The kitchenette was tiny but functional. Very quiet at night, very central. We paid for the parking, it was under the hotel, easy access.

The kitchenette had nothing of utencils, absolutely none. We borrowed some plates and glasses downstairs but were unable to cook anything beyond coffee (instant coffe, there was an electrical kettle in the room)

Overall it was a really nice stay. Nothing super exceptional, but nothing bad either. Good location. Close to the train station and grocery stores.

Minor inconvenience because we didn't realize we had to go to a different location to check-in. This was our mistake though as it was stated in the check-in information. The lady at the reception desk was very cheery and helpful. (The mistake must happen a lot.)

Basic but entirely adequate for an overnight stay. Didn't use the sauna so can't offer an opinion. Not much else to offer (laundry room was mentioned but I couldn't find one) but a short walk to the city centre for great bars and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike, it's a room close to the centre with parking available. A bit of a pain having to walk down the road to the larger hotel to check in but not a problem.

Close to the airport, good location near to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, we had a balcony too which was a good bonus. Overall, very got value for the price and served its purpose.

It may have said, if so I missed it, but you have to collect your key from a nearby hotel - it isn’t far, only a short walk but worth knowing. The hotel is unstaffed I believe.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Vasteras and offered us a big room with basic services at a very convenient rate.

I was puzzled that my room was never cleaned in 4 days, but didn’t have time to check why with the main reception. I was really disappointed that my double bed was in fact two twin beds put side by side, that would get apart if you’d roll over the crease making it very uncomfortable. For the rest, the lack of extra facilities and services can be explained by the low rates.
