Location is very near to Railway Station and Bus Station and close proximity to town & ferry. Air Con is excellent. Shower was good and tap water very drinkable!

Breakfast was disappointing. Definitely not catering for UK people. Hot food wasn't hot! Not hygienic the cutlery was all thrown into a box which everyone put their hands into, and pulled out what they required! Crowded in the dining area. Lots of items that were touched by everyone...bread, cutting knives, butter knives all shared by everyone! No sanitising of breakfast tables unless requested. No cleaner facilities for the room unless requested, alternatively you had to take your required towels/sheets etc from a trolley in communal corridor and place your dirty underneath the clean! On hot days, there is a smelly drain smell in front lobby! Elevated price for this time of the year.

A real good hotel in Vasteras. Very clean , comfortable rooms and clean toilets. The breakfast buffet was good with a spread of delicious food .Coffee was awesome. Very close to the train station and Vasteras Cathedral. Good shopping area and restaurants within 1 kilometre. Very kind and efficient staff. Right from the warm welcome extended by Michelle and Ebba to the goodbye and handing over keys to Tove, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. There is a big parking space in front of the building. Comfortable playing/resting space on the first flore, great for kids.

The self check-in doesn't work, if you only have a smartphone. They send you a code on your e-mail for confirming. And if you close the filled in form to see the code in email, everything you filled disapears.

Very convenient location as right next to the station and easy to walk into the centre as well as walk to the harbour area. The hotel also offers a range of evening meals, has a washing machine and plenty of comfortable seating in a large reception area. it reminded us of an upmarket youth hostel. The parking was just outside and with the help of the staff we managed to install the app and pay for the parking The staff are friendly and helpful

Not the hotel’s fault but we had booked a cheaper room which had the bed against the window which meant climbing over your partner to get in bed. The bed was also too short for anyone taller. However the reception staff offered us another room immediately for another 100 krona. This room was also bigger

We had a nice corner room, with a nice view of the station / city. You couldn't hear the trains but a little from the other rooms. Breakfast was satisfactory. (An Espresso machine is always welcome but the brew was alright) We enjoyed the modern style of the building. The bathroom was new and clean as well. It is easy to reach / park as it is not in the centre and it takes only max 10minutes to reach the centre. Parking spots were availabe but for an extra cost.

We had two single beds pushed together, which is not preferable in our opinion for couples.

The location is ideal, next to the train/bus station and close to the centre. The windows are great as there was absolutely no noise. The hotel has a very cool lobby, is pet friendly, I even saw a laundry room. The breakfast was very nice, with many healthy options included.

My room was a bit worn down with the walls being a bit dirty.

We needed a hotel not too far from Västerås airport for a morning flight. Having visited my brother in Linkoping we got the train from Linkoping to Västerås - the train was easy (no stops) - and the Comfort Hotel was right next to the train station. The Staff were super helpful (organised an airport taxi for us for the following morning) - the check in process was easy and it was a 10 min walk from the centre of the city. Fantastic location and super value for money. I'd definitely stay there again. Also the breakfast was included and was amazing!

For the price, the hotel was perfect.

Very central and really comfortable hotel. The room I had was small but the bed was super comfortable and the staff at reception were wonderful.

Pizza for dinner was not very good Room is only cleaned once in 5 nights unless you request differently

Excellent and very nice personnel. Booking system had totally collapsed. Yet the very good staff helped sort things out and lead us to the room whenever needed. Excellent breakfast, apart from the coffee.

No fresh coffee. Just wanted ordinary French/German/Swedish-style fresh coffee. Not tasteless stuff from these US-style coffee makers... No functioning thermostat in the room. Unable to set the temperature. Clicking up/down on the device didn't change anything at all. The room remained far too cold. Wonder if this was related to the collapse of the booking system. Would be nice if the hotel in the future will serve nice IPAs from tap in real 500 ml pint-glasses rather than that awful Brooklyn thing in 330 ml bottle... ;-)

The breakfast is awesome. Great selection, fresh. The rooms are really quiet, great sound insulation, we could not hear the railway station below at all.

The rooms are rather small. The staff sometimes provided conflicting info e.g. on parking, breakfast times, but they were really friendly and apologetic.
