Great location in the center of Västerås, good distance to walk down to the harbour and restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast, good choice of items. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds and tv channels in the rooms. Mini bar with drinks etc. The hotel had left a floor standing fan in the room, much needed during the night.

Really bad smell from the shower drain, needs severe cleaning in the pipes. Not much of a food choice in the hotel, think they only have the pub as a restaurant. Abit noisy cause the hotel is the center of town, but it was a Friday night so no issue for us.

The decor at the reception was pretty. The room had the necessary things. The bathrom also has all the necessary things.

I would like more temperature control in the room. There was snow and the radiator was not enough to have a decent amount of heating. The room was medium sized. At that price, I have lived in rooms with a little more walk space. The room was not too small, but the tables and chairs ate up quite a lot of space. Not bad for a single peron but it would be difficult if there were two people walking.

This is always the best choice for Vasteras. Central, clean, extra spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, green policy. There's a gym and a sauna (to be booked). They even allow you to choose your favourite kind of pillow.

There's nothing I don't like. I think the breakfast can be a bit better, it would benefit greatly from even just one/two waffle machines or something similar. But there's anyways a lot of stuff, salty and sweet.

the staff were all very helpful and friendly. the double room was comfortable and with a very nice view out on a courtyard and cathedral. they lent us bikes which was fun and there was no extra charge. the breakfast is excellent and parking provided was very useful.

just be aware that there is a cooling system in the bedrooms but not a full blown modern air-condition unit. fine if you keep the bedroom window closed all the time.

Great location. Requsted a room higher up in the buildning and got one. Staff at the reception were very plesant and welcoming. Generous bed for one person. Lovely breakfast in beautiful venue.

Very few and uneasily acessible electrical outlets. Needed to move bed to get to one. Showerdoors clouldn´t be opened outwards. Room felt in need of an update.

The staff was very courteous and professional , location was absolutely perfect, the ambiance of the hotel, it was beautiful, full of culture, clean, relaxing ! Scooters outside of the hotel took us every where we wanted to go! Loved it! The breakfast buffet was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

No dresser in our room could not unpack. Would have loved pancakes and berries for breakfast . Although there was an abundant selection on the breakfast buffet, pancakes and berries are my favorite

The room was clean, the building really beautiful inside and outside, was good breakfast.

The room haven’t looked like on a picture and the request to have 1 queen bed was confirmed but we get 2 beds what was not comfortable for us.

Staff is super friendly. Room is spacious. Bathroom is equipped with everything. Clean and quiet. Central.

Not a large variety of sweet food at breakfast. The heating in the room was a bit noisy.

The building is beautiful, the location for the breakfast was pretty. The location of the hotel is great, just in the city center.

Being in the city center it was a bit noisy during the night. The breakfast was basic, nothing special. One has to pay extra for the parking.

Location cannot be better in this town, very central. Breakfast was good not great. We stayed only one night and didn't use any other services.
