Good location with convenient public parking across the street. Nice staff. There is an excellent french restaurant at the corner from the hotel. We had a good breakfast buffet.

The only thing that was a problem but out of the hotel's control is that there were some late night partying down in the street below our window. There is a Subway that is open late. It was a Saturday night so I doubt this would be an issue every night.

+ breakfast full of food, choices, comfortable bed in the room, ability to use kitchen after breakfast time is finished. + friendly, helpful administrator. + in the city centre,close to restaurants, 15min by walking from Malardalens University.

- we arrived by car and did not receive a pin code to enter the parking slot. We had to come to reception at first and then we received a code to enter the hotel's parking. - parking is for extra fee, about 9eur/day

The hotel is amazing! It's in the center, just in front of the mall (which also has a supermarket), near so many stores and restaurants, so it has easy access to anything one might need. The hotel staff was lovely, very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions (and as a newcomer I had a lot) and helped me out with many things (for example how the bus works and how to get tickets). Even after reception hours they provided a phone number to call in case you need something. The building itself is nice and has a big elevator so even with lots of luggage it wasn't difficult to get to the room. The use of key cards for the doors in the hotel made it feel safe as well. The room was spacious and had great decoration. All the necessities and more were provided. There was TV, desk, chairs, space for clothes, luggage, a full length mirror, hair dryer etc.The bed was so comfy and they even had a small treat and earplugs! The bathroom as well as the whole room, was clean and tidy. Fresh towels, extra toilet paper, soap etc they had them ready. The shower was also nice, with good water pressure and easy temperature adjustment. They had a guest kitchen with all the necessary cooking devices, kitchenware and cutlery. I loved that we could use it any time, store our food and cook when we needed, it really makes it feel like home and a traveler can save a lot of money that way. Breakfast was provided every day, the breakfast room was beautiful and the buffet had everything, satisfying even the most picky eaters. All the food was kept warm, they had paper towels, hand sanitizer and followed all covid and general hygiene regulations. I really liked the machine you could get water, apple or orange juice from as well as the assortment of cookies, bread, croissants and Nutella. The staff though must be the star of the hotel.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to open the entrance at the beginning, but it has instructions on how to use the machine and call the reception to open it the first time until you get your key card.

Middle of the centrum and close to everything. The room were big and the chocolate on the bed was a nice detail. The buffet breakfast was colorful with lots of different things and delicious. Calm environment and nice staff.

The wifi didn’t reach too far in the hotel so it disconnected all the time.

In the centre, all shops near awalking distance from train station. 2 rooms for 3beds, not everyone in the same room. Very nice breaifast in beautiful decorated dining room. Helpful personel, specially young girl Magda

the windows didn`t open properly, to get some fresh air. There is`nt air-condition as we intent it in South Europe, the one you turn on and off yourself. So if the weather gets hot it`ll be difficult.

Very clean and tidy rooms. The bathroom was very clean with super clean towels . The breakfast was good. Tea and coffee available round the clock! Good restaurants and shopping centres close to the hotel .Loved the stay.

As mentioned in an earlier review, hotel was well located in the centre and had access to everything that one needs. Room was spacious and well cleaned. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was filling. Friendly staff and car parking was easy to find. Guest kitchen was a plus.

Breakfast was great. Buffet composed of several different meals, for every taste. Eggs, meats, vegetables and oath meals, with water, or apple/oragne juice

Power outlets in the room are turned on/off on a switch, which isn't always clear how works.

It took is a while to check in as it was the first time we stayed in a hotel where the check-in desk was closed. Blinds and windows in the room could use a clean.

The breakfast I don’t why theirs no boiled egg and no yogurt that I used to eat for breakfast
