Good location and great breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Pictures of rooms are a bit misleading. Everything is a bit old and in photos it looks very new and fancy.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the train station and the city centre. The lobby area is very nice, although it gets quite crowded during breakfast. Breakfast buffet is great, lots of food to choose from. The staff is super friendly and always smiling :-)

Our bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower area - there was mould on the floor and the walls.

A bit ruff exterior got me worried at arrival. But very cosy inside with a living room feeling. And the room was spacious for a family of three. The breakfast was good, but a bit crowded when we entered. We needed to wait for a while to get a table and some food was missing. But the staff had the courage to ask those who had already finished their breakfast to leave. Great!

Very courteous staff. Breakfast was fresh and generous withouth being overwhelming. The lobby and breakfast room felt very cosy, like in a living room.

I had to wait until 6.30 (that's the time breakfast starts) before I could get into the lobby. I would have like the choice of coming down a few early to sit on the sofas and wait instead of stading outside until the doors are unlocked. The shower head was not properly fixed and the shower cubicle was very small.

The location of the hotel is perfect an easy stroll from the bus station to the hotel and also to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lisane (may not have spelt her name correctly). My room was ready when I arrived so I didn't have to wait or store my bag The free drinks machine and biscuits is a welcome touch. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean, the bed was a little firm for my liking but that's my taste and not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic - an excellent choice. Overall a very good value hotel which surpassed my expectations, if I was ever to return to Vasteras I would certainly stay again.

If there was way to make the closing of the doors a little quieter it would be perfect - some guests could make a lot of noise, again not the fault of the hotel but a polite notice maybe to ask people to be considerate of others?

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access various attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Comfy bed, good shower, excellent breakfast. Clean, easy parking, and close to the town centre. Room was also spacious and light with windows that open.

Could maybe do with better blinds to keep out light in early morning- didn't bother me, but some may not like this.

Stayed for 6 nights and enjoying same breakfast everyday... it would be nice if there is something new if possible.

Room sound proof not so ok due to stay next to street. Bird noise and car passing by....

The single room was simple, but I didn´t need more (except for a confortable chair). Not far from the university, close to the bus and train station. It´s a good choice when you look for mainly overnight stay. The breakfest was delicious.

This place has a unique ambience. There are several comfortable, attractive and expansive areas for guests to congregate if they wish. The staff are kind, generous, accommodating and helpful My room was spotlessly clean and of very comfortable proportions. Finally, the hotel is centrally located with most attractions easily reached on foot. I'd love to return to Västerås, and if I do, I'd try to stay here again.
