The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent! The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. And the view from my room was great. There was also a garage connected to the hotel which was very helpful.

A few minor issues - the outside of the hotel had a lot of trash. The room was warm (even though there was a/c it could have been better. There were no English language channels on the TV, but I was told at the front desk that they were in the process of changing the TV service.

Very good breakfast, a lot of different choices. Nice view from the room. Clean and modern. The gym had a very nice view.

The equipment in the gym was poor. No free weights/dumbells to work with. Good for cardio. The "spa" was not really wow. Not so warm, we had to heat the sauna ourselves and you had to buy footsalt extra. So basically 2 saunas and a nice view is what you pay for. If we'd known that we could just have used the free sauna 2 floors up.

This is a centrally located business style hotel which delivers very good standard. The room are relatively spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a very good range of cold and warm options. Been here several times and a sure choice in vasteras

I can’t say “not like” but it was just an observation… The toilet ventilation is very poor … At least it was in our rooms 🤭 When someone went to the toilet for number 2, the smell would take over an hour to clear out and we was in the nineth floor with a small child so couldn’t risk opening the windows 😂😂😂😂

Room was phenomenal, breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had, the dinner/bar staff went above and beyond being helpful and very friendly. This Hotel is perfectly located in the City.

There could have been fried potatoes for breakfast and a better parking situation

The place is very convenient since the location of the hotel is in the heart of the city. The place is really neat.

The kitchen staff or the breakfast staff was the only problem we have. Since when we came to eat breakfast and there is still a time left but they told us to get hurry, get some food because they are going to clean already. I was like okay, but then while we are getting food, they are starting getting the food so we ended up not getting enough food and drink. Since they are in a hurry. This was the very first time i encountered like this, i have been to so many hotels already but NEVER THE STAFFS TELLS THE CUSTOMERS TO GET HURRY BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CLEAN ALREADY! EVEN THOUGH THERE IS STILL TIME LEFT FOR BREAKFAST! In fact there are other guest to that came after us that experienced it.

The view over the city and the water. Spacious and light room. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was great, with tons of things for all kinds of preferences and diets. Location is perfect too - close to everything you might need. Easy to control the temperature in the room.

Opening hours at spa - planned to go there in the morning before breakfast and found out that it opens at 4pm on weekdays. The furniture in the room looks old - scratches and spots.

Clean, great location in the city centre- many amenities are walking distance , parking underground, supermarket is adjacent the hotel. There is beautiful view of the city on the rooftop.

No bar fridge, the bathrooms are cramped.

Breakfast was excellent! It was clean and staff helpful. Location perfect and skybar nice even if the guy serving probably prefer to work with things rather than people.

First room I got was without windows, or more a window that overlooked the atrium. Changed it to a better one so not a massive problem.Rooms were quite small, specially bathroom. The hotel is just on first 12 floors so rarely you get a room with a view. Rest of building is offices except skybar. Outside the hotel was quite messy with a supermarket, McDonalds etc. Felt a little sketchy.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and beds comfy. Breakfast was really good and the location was outstanding.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge. The carpet was stained, could do with some deep cleaning.
