Breakfast in this hotel is always a pleasure. Lovely buffet, even from very early in the morning. There is a calm atmosphere is the restaurant which is a great contrast to crowded airports. We also had dinner. Delicious food and good service.

We have been staying in this hotel intermittently for 18 years and one of many things that I liked was the clean Nordic decor in the rooms. Mostly white. Very soothing after travelling. This year the rooms have been redecorated in ugly, dirty brown colours, reminiscent of cheap hotels and motels in the United States. Presumably the influence of Best Western.

Country-house-style atmosphere, lounging chairs out in the sun in front of the entrance, 5 minutes walk away from departures at the airport. Room was extremely spacious and had both a desk and an armchair. Comfy beds. Windows that can be opened but are well sound-proofed, no problem with departing or arriving aircraft at night. Bathroom was well-lit and modern, very spacious shower. The cherry on top was a very varied breakfast buffet starting at 3:30 am, so even early departing travellers are treated to something to eat before their flights.

AC/ventilation in the room couldn't be turned down at night

Breakfast was great - full spread buffet. Dinner buffet was also fantastic with great variety of food to choose from. Hotel is a 6 min walk from the airport terminal. Simple looking hotel with basic amenities but it has all one needs to stay to catch a (early) flight at the airport.

Drapes could be upgraded. Didn't completely block the midnight light. Grandma's chair can go - replace this with even ones from IKEA would be a lot better.

Good location next to the airport. Just a couple of minutes walk to the terminal building. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s a dated hotel and the standard rooms are on the old side. Our room (333) had holes in the wall from a removed mirror which hadn’t been repaired. Breakfast was on the whole good quality with a decent fresh selection. However some cooked items such as bacon were put out dried and burnt every morning and staff were slow to refresh missing items.

Great location very close to airport terminal and car hire facilities. Friendly staff willing to give information and advice. Large dining area and good selection of food at breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere in hotel.

Design fault in en-suite shower in hotel room. Water kept leaking under shower door onto bathroom floor. Limited parking for guests in hotel car park. One evening all bays were taken and we had to park on a grass verge.

I booked this hotel both for the location (300m from the terminal) and for the convenience distance for various business meetings. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Large bedroom and bathroom; excellent cleaning. Excellent comfort; despite its proximity to the airport, no noise is heard from outside. Excellent breakfast, very varied, both sweet and salty. Free parking next to the hotel. I found it an excellent accommodation.

The early morning breakfast is very useful and a serious plus, it also provided an excellent selection. Very well selected gym equipment, which is qiuite unusual in hotels, but for those that enjoy training daily a great bonus when travelling Comfortable and clean bed and room All in all, a pleasant experience .

Nothing really , if I was looking to find something , maybe a little more clothing / cupboard space .

Came off delayed BA flight from Heathrow and arrived at hotel at 01:20, check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good size with very nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable, so we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold food. This hotel is just a few minutes walk from terminal so ideal if you arrive late or catching and early flight.

Very helpful Reception (Zahra)! We needed an extra bed for an unexpected additional member to our group and the hotel was fully booked and our room is too small to accommodate. But Zahra somehow managed to get us an additional single room at a significantly discounted rate. Plus Zahra has been following up with us about New Year’s Eve dining at the hotel restaurant, to ensure we have a reservation. The hotel has a real asset in Zahra!

The toilet paper was located at a super-stretched distance from the WC.

The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room very attractive. Also lovely to be able to sit outside. The reception area was tastefully arranged and included shuffleboard which was fun.

Everything was good except that I found the air-conditioning noise in the bedroom disturbing. We were offered an upgrade but were so tired we couldn't bear to dress and pack in order to move.
