The staff was incredibly helpful. I booked this last minute, after miscalculating an Airbnb rental. We were able to drop our luggage early so we could continue to explore the city. The staff was extremely accommodating. We had two separate rooms for our family of 4 and they were close to each other. Rooms were very small (like being in a cruise ship cabin), but we only used them to sleep in. The location is uphill from downtown, so it did require quite a bit more walking than other accommodations might offer. However, there are restaurants close to the hotel that we enjoyed. We had a very early flight departure and the staff packed up 'breakfast bags' to go.

The 2 person rooms are very small / tight if you have a lot of luggage with you. We looked forward to enjoying the hot tub, but it was busy every time we checked. A reservation system would be great to ensure you have a chance to enjoy.

Clean and comfortable room which exceeded our expectations, perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Slept really well, good TV selections, and nice view from our room on a higher floor. Also had tea and coffee in the room which I always appreciate. Check in/check out was smooth, reception staff were friendly. Hotel within walking distance of the centre of Gothenburg. Breakfast buffet great, lots to choose from! Facilities in the hotel are good - a jacuzzi, fitness suite, bar and lounge area.

Although I really liked the hotel, the rooms were expensive for what they were. This may have been because of the events happening in Gothenburg at the time. The parking spots are ridiculously tight (even receptionist warned us of it), anyone with a car bigger than a Fiat 500 is going to struggle.

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is pretty varied and nice. There is a kettle in the room. And there was a funny poster with chemical formulas and DNA chains in my room.

The breakfast space seems a little bit small for such a big hotel. Also, the elevators are always occupied and you have to wait for like 3 or more minutes just to go up or downstairs. And there is no proper staircase, or it is very well hidden such that I couldn't find it. Also, my windows were facing East side and at 6 a.m. the sun was already shining strongly in my window, while the curtains could hardly cover it. I recommend to hang bigger curtains in the rooms. It is not the major problems, but the price for one night could've been cheaper.

Very nice hotel close to Chalmers University (very few hotels in this area). Close to supermarket and a great pub. Had a small room facing the fairly busy Eklandagatan, but upgraded for E15/day to very nice, very large room on the top floor, facing away from the street. Very nice, and very quiet. Excellent, large, spa area with sauna - quiet, and restful. Nice jacuzzi. Good gym as well. Very good breakfast, with exceptional croissants. Very friendly staff. Gothenburg is small, so the hotel is within 30 min walking from the center, and 40 min from Haga. 2km to forest areas on either side. Bus stops almost right in front of the hotel. Also very close to Lisseberg.

As far as I could see, only my bedding was re-arranged daily. All other items on the floor and in the bathroom remained where I put them for the whole week. But the room was very nice and clean when I arrived.

excellent service, everything included with the breakfast provided in the morning was great and welcoming with a large range of breakfast in the morning. highly recommended! And with the checking in it was very simple.

We’ve Noticed that the parking was 200 Kr which was a little bit pricey but also we did have issues parking as the parking spaces was very tight and hard to leave the car due to the car’s capacity was very small. with the price I would recommend having a larger car park and maybe stick to that price or with that car park just reduce the price

This is a great address if you're OK with staying a little "out of the centre". Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. It's easy to bike here (Gothenburg is a little wacky for cyclists but a bike works well here) and you can walk down town in fifteen minutes. The hotel is convenient if you want to be on the University campuses. Breakfast is good. There was always sufficient parking for me available in the hotel's car park.

No negative comments or suggestions for improvement.

Staff were wonderful, very helpful on check in. Bar staff were very good. Jacuzzi and sauna were brilliant. Family room was big enough to accommodate my tall family, showers nice and hot. Once we sorted out the travel arrangements, was easy enough to get into the city. Great selection on the breakfast front, accommodating for all needs.

Unfortunately the bar was closed on Sunday evening, and would have like our Sunday evening meal there.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I got help from 3 different staff during my stay and they all were very helpful and really took care of my requests in best possible way. Fantastic breakfast! Very nice public areas!

Rather old rooms, especially the bathrooms show wear and tear. Very (!) narrow parking slots for the car (in the in-door garage).

the hotel room door seem to slam really hard and loud if it is left to close by itself. Seems it is all the same for the other rooms. Maybe the door closers can be fixed or changed to something better.

This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot rate this hotel highly enough. First of all, we asked for the same room we had on our first stay which was granted, secondly we got an early check in which was massively appreciated on that cold day. The hotel is beautiful, the location is convenient and the breakfast was great, really tasty and good quality food. Very friendly staff and we could not be happier with our stay. Thank you very much.
