I choose the hotel because of the location - easy access to the airport by a taxi, and easy to reach from city centre by tram. The family room has four full size beds and can easily accommodate four adults. We appreciated the hair dryer, iron and extra beddings readily available in the room without further request. Delicious tartar steak in the restaurant (and other foods too). And the breakfast was good too :)

If the windows were possible to open, it would be better - with four people sleeping, the air gets quite heavy and the air conditioning did not manage to overcome that.

We stayed during a weekend where a lot of hotels were sold out and prices were high closer to the city. We found that there was easy access to the city from the tram that stops nearby. There is also a shopping mall across the street with restaurants & coffee shops, etc. The hotel was nice and our room was clean, although quite small.

The family room was quite small - it had a bed that pulled down (like the beds on ferries) and barely any room to walk between the beds.

It is the perfect location to stay for visiting Göteborg. Tram/bus/train station just walking distance. It has parking facilities, easy access to the highway as long there is no traffic jam. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. There is a shopping complex next door. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of different restaurants within walking distance. Shower is good.

The mattress keeps moving.

I liked the location (walkable distance to Astra Zeneca and next to a shopping center with restaurants and shops), breakfast and facilities. Personnel were very nice as well.

They don't clean the room unless you ask for, even though I was there for 4 nights... I would have appreciated cleaning the bathroom every other day

What a lovely hotel, the staff were all superb, very friendly and polite. The food was really good for breakfast and for the dinner menu. I love the hotel’s green ethos which included recycling bins in our room. Ideally placed for railway station and town and only 10 mins by train or tram to Gothenburg.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Especially new receptionist Linnea was very helpful and nice.

It was a bit stressful to book table with QR code for breakfast. I felt pressure to show up on breakfast on booked time instead of taking it easy and make it to restaurant whenever I want during the breakfast time.

The breakfast is quite nice, lots of choices to pick from and to fit people’s taste. The lobby is nice and spacious. The rooms are ok, quite spacious, but the windows do not open. The bathrooms are ok but could use more space for storage.

My room was not thoroughly cleaned when I checked in; the bathroom sink and toilet had clearly not been cleaned!! The hotel should provide early check in and late check out.

Breakfast

How staff began to clean the tables while people are still eating . It was really uncomfortable for small kids who eat slowly . They should give people some space to be able to eat in peace not going around clean while we are just started eating

The blind in our room was broken so we struggled to put it down.

The hotel itself, the facilities, the staff, etc. were all of a high level. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Although not bad at all, compared to the rest of the hotel (the room, the facilities, etc.) the bathroom felt a little bit outdated.
