The room was immaculate and very clean. I really appreciated the use of the card as a way to get electricity; we need more energy saving strategies in the world. The breakfast was SUPERB! Really, I haven't stopped raving about it to my family and friends back in the states. Truly, everyone needs to visit Sweden purely for the breakfast alone.

There was a slight mildew smell in the main lobby, but quickly dissipated once you reached the elevators. This really isn't an issue, as I would assume in rains there frequently, so it's bound to have a more wet smell anyways.

Great location in the middle of Avenyn. We came with the car and they had a garage in a building behind te hotel. Since hotel rooms.in Europe - espeically in the city - are usually much smaller than hotel rooms in the US, I looked at the hotel description ajd went with a slightly bigger room. It had a king size bed, desk and chair and a open wardrobe. The room was modern and clean. The hotel is modern and has a nice restqurqnt open to Avenyn, a small.lobby and a roof terrace/indoor bar area. I was there with my underage daughter, so couldnt try the roof terrace but it looked fun. Breakfast was great - 2 buffets with everythibg one could imagine for a Europran breakfast, eggs, bacon, rolls, bread, salad, cereal, etc.

On Fridqy night the music from the rooftop coukd be heqrd innthe room a level below. They shut it down at 10pm though, so it was ok.

I liked the room. It was very spacious for my 2 kids. Breakfast was really nice, liked the vegetarian options. Would have loved to have vegetarian meatballs too because the kötbullar looked really delicious. Overall it was a good relaxing experience for me and my children. Thank you

Only thing we felt a bit surprised was the lack of amneties in the bathroom. We didnot bring our own toothpaste so it was a bit surprising to see the hotel does not provide this. Also it would be nice to have more than 2 small bins in the room. Would have loved to have more vegetarian options in the breakfast menu.

Perfect location for city centre, events and sightseeing. Easy and cheap to get everywhere on public transport with bus/tram stops close to hotel. We got 3 day pass which included trams and buses, and even ferries to islands. Rooms small but adequate with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Lobby restaurant/bar open till late.

Bit warm in room for those used to having windows open. Can open a vent but not the main windows. Suggest that a fan is requested in summer.

Location was perfect for Ullevi, and we appreciated the Bruce Springsteen music played in the bar throughout our stay!! Breakfast was better than I expected and open at times that suited our schedules. Staff in the breakfast room were very nice. Room was very quiet. Staff verified guests entering the lobby late at night, which was a nice security measure.

A bit pricey for beds that don’t have real mattresses.

The hotel is situated very centrally, within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff were very helpful with all the enquiries. Great family room with very comfy bunk beds for the kids. Excellent breakfast- great choice of delicious food!

You can only open the window in the room a tiny bit and only a small fan is provided. It felt quite hot and airless inside, it probably gets incredibly hot in the summer time.

Excellent staff - extremely helpful and polite. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely gym facilities. Comfortable room. Liked the fact that the hotel stresses its eco credentials - encourages guests not to waste food, or request clean linen every day.

There was no mini fridge in the room, but that's a very minor point. It's not really necessary after all.

I liked the nice staff, excellent location and the fact I actually managed to get a decent sleep because of the quiet room. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and this is important to me. I had internet issues but this was addressed promptly by reception.Excellent. After checking out I had my lunch meal there and again, excellent.

I wish there was a mirror in the room. It wasn’t ideal to go to the loo to use the mirror. Also the extractor fan stayed on even when the bathroom light was off.

breakfast was good, just a lack of choice for pregnant woman. And it was no fried egg, only cooked. But i loved the pancakes and the water/juice macine.

there was no regular jam, and no fried egg. And our room was boiling, even with two fans… no aircondition in the rooms, u can open a window, but it didnt help much, and then it was a lot of noise from the street

Location = excellent, room = comfortable and very clean; breakfast = good and very plentiful ; wifi was fine, very convenient.

The TV reception for the only channel I wanted to watch was very poor - kept breaking up [BBC News]. There were no regular tea bags at breakfast; hand soap dispenser was empty when I arrived but filled as I happened to be in when cleaners arrived on the first day.
