The location is amazing and you have a great view to the lake from anywhere. The restaurant was also very nice and breakfast also! The staff was very nice and made us a package with keys and instructions, because of our late night arrival.

Basic and old furniture rooms. My single does have a strange smell and it was really hot without air conditioner. The rooms are very clean, though, but is not the value for the money I was looking for.

The views are absolutely stunning! Bellavista is living up to its name for sure!

The beds are stuck in the 80s. Two small matteresses pushed together. A queen size bed would be more approriate. The waiters are kind of snobby and unfreindly - this would never fly in the United States when you pay for a service

Nice big room. Super view to the lake and at Locarno. Parking front of the appartement. Breakfast is very good. Nice staff. Very clean room and bathroom.

We arrived around 21:00 and the room was quite cold. (At the end of Sep...) No minibar... only an empty fridge with two bottles of water...

The accommodation was excellent with the balcony with an amazing view of the Lake Maggiore The only thing I could suggest is air conditioning as temperature reaches 30c in summer

The breakfast was a disappointment, Very low quality of choice and ingredients They could revamp the complete breakfast buffet and could be a number one start of the day and a memorable breakfast that everyone remember.

Superb views from a beautifully sited hotel. Nice terrace with the room. Very good restaurant with ample room for inside and outside dining. Very good breakfast. Very helpful and communicative staff. Plenty of parking space. Shuttle for local trips

Great location with the views over the lake. Breakfast selection is really good, with local cheese varieties and home made jam. Nice rooms with comfy beds, aged but in good shape.

Tricky to walk in the area, especially in Autumn, since are around the hotel doesn't have sidewalks on the road.

Great view, we loved that the hotel is situated in a few smaller buildings, like this it makes it more private, quiet and great for a good rest. The restaurant with very good food and good prices. Hiking trail just around the corner was a good point!

The experience of the restaurant really depends on the staff, I didn’t pay attention to the names of a man and a woman who were serving us in the restaurant on Friday and Saturday and who were so very kind and professional, but when we had different ones on the last day, it was a bit less of a quality.

The views are fantastic! It's a bit remote from the town to walk, but the area itself is very nice. They have great parking and a few nice restaurants. I really liked breakfast with the views.

Great choice for breakfast, very helpful staff, very good conditions in the rooms. I was with a dog and all was also very good adapted. All the experience was truly great ! The location is really good and the view is stunning!

Wonderful location, amazing views. Comfortable rooms and a fabulous breakfast. The staff Remy and his team went above and beyond to help us park a difficult vehicle. Would definitely visit again. Thanks to all the team.
