Stunning view on the mountains and the lake. Balcony. The room was clean, modern and big. Croissants at the breakfast were amazing. The location is very convenient, relatively close to the historical centre and the main train station.

At the kitchen there was no electric kettle to boil the water. At the breakfast was only one type of cheese, only boiled eggs (no scrambled eggs or options for omelet), tomatoes were not properly washed and had sand particles. A small addition. We have visited the hotel at the birthday, therefore, it would have been nice to have a small present or greetings (the personnel was very kind overall).

Room: very spacious with lovely outside area (ground floor room with lake view terrace) Location: a short walk from the town centre (10 mins on foot) in a peaceful, quiet location with a pool The stay includes a card which gives you free travel on all town public transport and discounts to attractions Staff: very friendly and helpful.

Check in time closes at 7pm. We were late and luckily the staff were great and helped us out by leaving the keys to the room in a safe. The 11am checkout is ok, but it would be great if they pushed this to 12:00 The room was too warm and had no way to regulate the underfloor heating, so we ended up opening the windows, which made it ok. Breakfast was ok, but I feel a little more choice could be given, especially on the savory side (e.g. eggs), and fresh croissants or pains au chocolat from a bakery could be brought in for example. It felt a bit too industrial.

Amazing view from the 5th floor, to the lake. Beautiful sunrise! Good bed, large apartment, excellent location.

Minor thing. Breakfast could maybe have a bit more options, but it was still good! Zopf on Sunday excellent!

Rooms are new renovated and therefore very fresh.

I missed that they were renovating and therefore we could not use the pool. But apparently they had informed me via mail. Therefore I found it very pricy.

The sofa bed, for any movement we made while sleeping there was a loud noise from the sofa springs.

Fantastic location overlooking the lake and close to the old town. Large family-sized apartment with balcony. Very nice swimming pool, bar, table tennis table. Basic breakfast. On-site parking (but access to carpark very tight).

Maybe an extra pillow would have been lovely.

With lower cost, one shouldn’t expect too much but air conditioning would have been nice. Will be better when the old rooms are also modernised.
