Hotel is really clean. Lovely rooms. And a good size too. Aircon which is a big plus as the other hotel that the family stayed at does not have. Was perfect for our needs and were accommodating in request for rooms to be together ❤️ . Checking in was lovely as we came early and was really pleasantly surprised that the rooms were ready for us. The location was perfect too! Really close to the jet and perfect for us too. I would highly recommend Pax . Its a perfect week and weekend stay. Clean staff really lovely too. Would come back.

We liked everything! Even the coffee machine in the room!

The staff are super helpful - nothing a problem at all - Probably the friendliest most helpful staff anywhere I have travelled. The hotel has been renovated really well despite being a very old building so had character. Everywhere was really clean. Shower room good size and shower good. Just coffee pods supplied and small cups so if you like tea etc take your own. The fridge is a mini fridge but very useful. Plenty of hanging space for clothes, not a lot of drawer space though. Easy storage for cases and easy to use safe. There is a local train station minutes away as well as trams and buses so easy to get to many places. The lakeside is around 15 minutes away and old town around 20 if you are walking. Couple of supermarkets close by, one opening to 10pm. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. Would have been good for some milk to have a drink on arrival (Easy jet 6 hours late so with a 3.am travel start and wasted day an instant cuppa would have been great).

Everything you need in a hotel room for two adults and 2 kids! We were all in one room, but with 2 twins and a queen, it was very comfortable. Simple but with charm, friendly desk staff and good value. Very good location - walking distance to everything in town and easy bus access. Tight bathroom and pretty big step over the tub to get in the shower - probably not the best for those with limited mobility. Staff was helpful before we arrived and emailed the free transportation cards when we asked.

Location, price, comfort and cleanliness are all important to our hotel selection. The Pax provides the right balance of these. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We have stayed here many times and find it a comforting place to come back to. Our rooms have been comfortable and roomy enough. Not large but large enough. Our room did not have a dresser but there are shelves a a place to hang clothing. There are no fancy bath products and the towels are not extra large. But when you walk out the door the tram is to the right and the bus to the left. You can walk everywhere- the Jet is visible and a short walk past lots of restaurants and bars.

I would prefer if the towels were larger and there was some more shelving. The breakfast room is lovely. I personally prefer a scrambled egg option.

The location was ideal for walking to the lake and other places we wanted to visit. It was really close to the train station making it perfect for travelling around.

Unfortunately when we stayed, there was roadworks going on so it was pretty noisy with cars beeping but I think this is unusual. The hotel was perfect for us travelling around as we weren’t there much and didn’t have breakfast. We only had a couple of coffee pods and no iron, so if you’re looking for a place with more facilities this probably isn’t for you.

This hotel is excellent! I stayed 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. The room was very comfortable and had a Juliet balcony. The amenities are basic but if you’re looking for a no thrills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this fits the bill.

Coffee and water are charged extra and the reception isn’t 24 hours, which is a pain.

we stayed for a night as a family of four before transit.but it was very complete with a small kitchen. there’s no kettle in the room, and the staff borrowed us one. the breakfast was simple and adequate. Najing the new staff was very helpful friendly and attentive, she saw we have trouble getting bigger Uber since we have lots of luggages she quickly booked one taxi for us.

Nice room in a good location! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Room was a good size for one person, not cramped at all. The surrounding area had many places to eat and was easy to get to from the airport.

The towel rail in the bathroom was positioned such that I couldn't really sit on the toilet properly, which was uncomfortable (and could be dangerous if the towel rail is on?!). Also, wasn't able to open my window :(

Great room, 4 proper full sized beds which is unusual for a multiple occupancy room. Very clean, nice breakfast good location

Coffee machine without replacement capsules. Would prefer a kettle and instant coffee. Slightly dodgy shower but had great water pressure so can't really complain

The ladies on the reception were lovely. They provided all the information necessary for entering the hotel after 10pm. I got a single room, basic, yet very comfortable. Nice furniture. Large window that you can actually open.

It is not sound isolated. There were no problems because hotel was not fully booked, but I assume it would be if that floor was full of guests.
