We love the location, very close to airport, shopping mall is right across the road, bus stop is right in front of hotel. Bus number 10 from front of hotel take's max 10 minuts to GENEVA airport, and from front of shopping mall bus number 10 gose to GENEVA lake in aprox 30 minuts. Very safe, very friendly and co-operative staff, during. This was our first time in Geneva and we feel very local. ohh yes something very important to share here, during checkout I forgot my mobile at reception this morning aporximate 04:50am (3 September 2023) and left to airport via BUS, when I reached at airport then realise I dont have my mobile with me, once I got feeling that I will not recover, but I rush to same BUS which I was able to see from airport terminal and jumped in, my wife and 3 daughters I left them at airport, asked driver if he find any missing mobile, but answer was NO, finally reached at hotel and asked about my mobile to front desk staff and guess what.... he just open the drawer and gave my phone, I forgot at counter and he then safe my mobile in drawer, it was big relief, I thanks to him and then rush back to airport and manage our flight. once again a BIG THANKS to the guy, appreciated!! (Just to let the guys know, whoever is reading, withing 20 to 25 minutes I was back to airport!!)

everything was very nice, just whenever was taking shower, water was draining very slow, I think drain whole required bit cleaing, rest all OK. Our 2nd room was perfectly OK there was no complain like this from 2nd room.

Great location for me - close enough to stroll to Lake Geneva and the Old Town in the mornings, through very nice residential neighborhoods, and take the tram (14 or 18) back at night. Or could also take bus 10, which stops closer to the hotel - but I'm just not a fan of buses ;). Pass for all transport provided for all Geneva visitors staying at hotels. Also 25 min walk or, probably, much shorter bus drive to airport (bus 10 again). Cute and functional room - fairly tiny, as expected for ibis budget, but with everything needed available and efficiently placed. I personally loved the bunk bed over the double bed, even if not needed as a solo traveler during the visit. Across the stress from a shopping mall - a supermarket in particular. Welcoming reception. Spectacular backyard.

Breakfast was okay, but not too exciting - I've come to expect more from european hotel breakfasts. The restaurant where it's based was nicely decorated, though. Couldn't open the window :( a notice on it said it is forbidden to open.

Close proximity to the airport. Bus from the airport stops in front of the hotel. Can also take the same bus to go into the city. Shopping centre opposite the hotel. Rooms were clean. If you are claustrophobic ask for rooms on the lower floors where the windows can be opened to let fresh air in.

I was not able to sleep the first night because due to safety, the windows could not be opened. I had problems breathing and sat downstairs in the reception until morning. I was able to get the room changed to one where the window could be opened when the morning staff came on duty and was given additional pillows. I was fine after that.

Great location just a short trolley bus ride from the airport and then into Geneva. Travel card was issued at the hotel. The hotel is opposite a shopping centre with a big supermarket so can buy snacks and food. Rooms are clean and quiet. There was a heatwave whilst staying and the room remained cool. The double bed has a bunk bed over it which meant there was a bit more space and privacy if you need it. Great view of the mountains from our room. Staff were friendly although apart from checking in and leaving bags at the end, we didn't need them for anything. Didn't try the breakfast as we were on a budget and Switzerland is expensive!

No complaints as all was good.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were really helpful. The room was comfortable. Theres a shopping mall opposite with supermarkets and other shops which are handy (Denner discount was our favourite). This is not the ritz obviously but if you want a very clean, simple hotel that’s close to airport and great for transport with fantastic staff then this is the one.

I understand they don’t have specific air cons for rooms but I asked for a fan and they don’t have them. I think all hotels should have fans and irons handy for guests (They had an iron)

Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for getting to both the airport and the city

I liked the location near the airport and city centre. The parking was very useful. We had a big van and it wouldn't fit into the car park, but the staff was extremely helpful in helping us park and also to get into town. The rooms were clean and next to each other. We had requested an accessible room for wheelchair access which we received and it was very convenient.

Both rooms had a bunk bed, which was ok for kids, but a bit difficult for adults, especially with wheelchair kid in the bed below. So a roll under bed or something like that would have been better. Also the rooms were slightly small and lack of storage. But we were only there for one night before flying out so all was well and acceptable.

The Staff, and location were good,and the room was OK functional, BUT way below what were would have expected even for a BUDGET Hotel, and comparing to what we expect as minimum standard of facilities, i.e Kettle and drinks making, fridge with a selection of drinks, both fruit juice and alcoholic, telephone. The internet work as expected although Geneve and English language were not available as choices of location and language!?

Facilties in the room very basic, and considering the price compared to the UK there should have been more, see my comments above

Our stay was really very good Hotel's location is very convenient (near bus station 1 min walking Vernier Balexert Pailly and Bouchet tram station 8 min walking) near airport 3 stations only accessible to all regions in front of Balexert shopping mall The receptionists are helpful and cheerful although the rush We checked out and stored our luggages till our flight time and came back to take them easily The breakfast was nice and a lot of varieties but the same everyday The shower, the toilet and the face basin were separated in different places in the room but all of them separated from the beds with a curtain ( it was my first time to see such design so it was weird for me ) but okkk get used to it

The electricity of the USB input was different (i didn't know this issue before) so after 2 days my mobile phone get a Short ( not capable for charging) The room was a little bit narrow But for me the worst thing was the Room ventilation was horrible ...no Ac and there is a window but it can't be opened except a tiny part The pillows were not comfortable at all

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly designed, with a choice of ambiente lighting and plenty of cleverly placed shelves and hooks to put your stuff, also a little desk and chair. The toilet, shower and sink were all seperate, so two people can get ready without being in each other's way. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were comfy. The breakfast was lovely and nicely laid out. The cost of the stay was very reasonable for Geneva. We didn't expect such a comfortable place for what we paid, compared to other places we had stayed in Switzerland, and were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel.

The pillows were a little flat. It'd be nice to have two of them. The toilet room feels a bit "boxy" (but very clean). You can't open the windows for fresh air.
