The service and facilities. The free airport shuttle, daily city travel pass and early check in helped us a lot.

The bathroom toiletries were not changed. Breakfast was repetitive everyday.

The room size was very small and tight. Was difficult to open bags.

Friendliness of the staff, extremely helpful and gave us a very calm room. Clean room with all amenities. Perfect location, 15' walk from airport or 5' navette. Free bus ticket to geneve center

There is no real food around the hotel except a fancy restaurant at movenpick.

Very close to the airport. The hotel shuttle is in every 20 min to and fom the hotel. Standard size rooms. They have a good Breakfast. Staff was friendly. They provide you with public transport pass for the duration of your stay which can be used in Tram, Bus and yellow boats in the Geneva lake.

Nice & clean and the beds were very comfy. Good breakfast. Good shower. Quiet.

Thé air con didn’t appear to be working so too hot. Furthermore, the room didn’t feel like it had been aired out for a long time.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good, but it was very confusing finding the entrance (no signs) which was located in the rear.

Close to airport with a free shuttle (approx 3 times an hour). Staff provided a link to free use of city transportation. Local tram stop is only a 5 min walk from the hotel, with the city around a 20min ride. Also a shopping centre only 2 stops (5min) away, with plenty of food options. Free breakfast with hotel booking. Clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel if you have a transit at GVA or are passing through, with a morning departure from GVA.

The front desk peoples are wery nice and helpful (they sent us the free Geneva transport cards for tram,bus,boats!,train before we got there). The room is extremly quiet, we could not hear even the airplanes taking off or the boulevard car noise. Also a big plus is the system with continuous fresh air 24h/24 wich mantain a very healthy air inside the room. The free breakfast was a big plus too, with everything to choose from. Is very easy to get from the hotel using the free public transport to the touristic locations or to the lake Geneva to take the free yellow boats over the lake for a little cruise :). So, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience for us!

Easy to find from hire car drop off. Free shuttle to airport. Near to tram stop, that takes you into town. Free visitor pass giving family free transport on public transport around town, including the tram and the yellow water taxis on the lake - made it all really easy. Good continental breakfast. And staff helpful and friendly. And the room was clean, quiet, and met the need.

Not a case of not liking, just a shame that the room had double and a double sofa bed, rather than double and two singles, which would have worked better and been more flexible. But for the price, it more than met the need.
