The hotel is nice, close to the airport, next to the supermarket, McDonald's and the tram stop The service staff is very friendly The reception staff are great The employee "karim" is very helpful, cheerful, and helps you with everything available, and he is really one of the best receptionists that I have ever dealt with..

Hotel was super clean, staff was really helpful and polite. I stayed there for 2 nights for my business trip. Internet connection was strong enough, I didn’t have any problem during my online meetings. I didn’t hear any noise from airport, my room was super quiet. The hotel has a free airport shuttle and it was super easy to reach the hotel from the airport. There’s a market and McDonalds near the hotel, so you can reach everything easily. Public transportation is also close to the hotel. I used tram line (450m away) to reach the city center. I’m really happy to find this hotel and I’m sure that I’ll come again :)

The staff and breakfast were fantastic. The location and location is convenient. The beds and room were comfortable.

Everything was great until check out. I spoke to the front desk twice to confirm that check out was at 12. While my older mother was in the room the last day, the housekeeping crew forced her and every else checking out that day out of the room at 930. My mother asked multiple times if she could have more time and the housekeeper would offer 5-10 min. I am very disappointed in this as I was planning to go back to the hotel at 11:30 (from working at the airport) to help her with our bags and suitcases. When I called the front desk about this, the lady said she is not sure why my mom was forced out so early and that she would talk to housekeeping. What a ridiculous gap in communication.

The location suited our needs as we returned our French rental car to the French airport side and caught a train the next day. With an Aldi supermarket and maccas, next door made it easy once we were carless to get some food. It was a short walk to the tram to catch the train. The breakfast was great and continually topped up, which was nice as my family can be late arrivals to breakfast and sometimes only get leftovers. Staff were super friendly, really knowledgeable, and helpful. We barely heard any planes, and we were on the top floor. We would recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for value for money.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but fine for my family, I am not sure if mattress toppers are available, but maybe ask if this is a concern. The bathroom is a little small with a shower over the bath. No really deal breakers, and for the price, it was not a problem.

The bed was very firm and comfortable and they have blackout blinds, so I had a good nights sleep, but this is down to personal tastes. All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make each guests stay as comfortable as possible.Particular thanks to Goncalo (a great sommelier), Karim & Anton (front of house) and also to the shuttle bus drivers who were so helpful. The shuttle service between the airport and hotel is at least every 30mins and is great.

Not much to complain about - there was a skip at the front of the hotel, which was full, but I think this was due to refurbishments the hotel are doing, so understandable. There was a bit of a wait upon check-in, but this was because the hotel is popular and I wasn’t in a rush - so all ok and the staff were very composed even though there were many people asking general questions, in addition to those checking in.

The location is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport or want to visit the CERN, both 20 mins away. The tram stop is just 10 mins walk and goes to CERN or downtown (line 18). Amazing breakfast, available from 6:00 am and with early bird option from 5:00 am. Free airport shuttle every 30 mins, no need to book. Big rooms and very nice staff. You also get a free transport card for the entire stay, thanks to Geneva Tourism office.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean. Location is not great if you want to stay close to the city center, although it’s well connected via tram.

Location is great, dog park exactly next door (closed at night), very big underground parking with one level of 2.80 height and more levels for bit less height, excellent people in all areas, good restaurant and working hours, safety with people all the time, big room and comfortable bed, good bathroom with good lighting, dog friendly, easy to highway, fast check in and check out due to very professional reception.

Staying in rooms far from car, lost in elevators, small portions of food despite the high prices in resraurant.

Great stay for one night in Geneva. Airport shuttle was super helpful, coming and going. I upgraded my room once I got there because I wanted a bigger bed. This was hassle-free and the superior room was worth the extra spend. Not super close to the center of Geneva but it's close enough to the train to get you there in about 30 minutes. This hotel served its purpose. The front desk receptionists were really nice.

There was an empty bottle in my room when I checked in. Makes me wonder about the thoroughness of the housekeeping.

It is some distance from the airport. I waited > 1 hour for the shuttle bus, which never arrived. I ended up getting a taxi (the taxi driver was unhappy because of the fairly short distance). Shuttle bus services should be every 20 minutes.

Despite we did the online check in, the check in procedure was super slow. Air conditioning not working in our room. Parking is too expensive (20 chf) for a weekend night, if you consider the quantity of free parking available around the hotel. EV free charging only if you bring your own charger. But in the parking next by, there is a free proper charger (max 2h30 or so)
