The hotel is nice and the staff give great service. There is a tram outside the front of the hotel which goes into the city centre and a free pass is provided by the hotel. The rooms were big and very comfortable

My room was hot in the night and transpires that air conditioning is illegal and the air cooler didn't work when the window was open but not sure why the room was so hot with the window open. I also found Geneva in general very expensive which was also reflected in the prices for room service

The location is close to the airport, shops and restaurants Room cleanliness execpt the windows shelf and housekeeping staff also sraff who carried our luggage The breakfast is good but we missed olives and the boiler egg should not put above the ice cubes

The receptionists staff (some of them) are not treated The reception staff did not treat me well Also the checkout was not finalised quickly And disrespecting the role, they replied to those behind us or near me, and stoped to complete my checkout . They should be asked them to wait and not disturb us The deposit is not returned till today The checkout was on Monday 11 Sep and the receptionist informed me it will be returned today or tomorrow. There are dead insects on the window shelf Parking must be free

Staff so friendly and welcoming, always willing to make you feel at ease or assist even late at night. The room had so much space and you did not have any problem walking in the room even with four suitcases around on the floor. A proper desk if you want to work together with a big bathroom. Stylish and modern. Clean. Complimentary bus from and to the airport and understanding drivers given that I was late for the baggage drop off! Wonderful omelette in the morning! Real apple juice:) Coffee smelled like coffee: loved it.

The breakfast maybe lacked a bit of quality on the meat side (charcuterie, bacon, sausages etc were all slightly disappointing).

Immaculate room, comfortable pillows and bed, good shower with nice products. The room was hot and I don’t think the air con temperature goes below 18 degrees, but given environmental concerns I can live in with that. Nice touches to encourage guests to think more sustainably, such as bonus Marriott points for a day without having the room serviced. Great to have the free airport shuttle service which was regular and well organised. The tram to the centre of Geneva (14 and 18) is very easy and close to the back exit of the hotel, free city passes to travel are also a bonus!

Better choice of drinks and snacks in the executive club lounge

Good quality food (though I would have liked more than one restaurant for more choice). I liked the Chef too! Pleasant, approachable and great service manner. I also liked the staff generally - polite, courteous, approachable and always willing to help. I liked the room size, ambiance, and facilities. Loved the complimentary airport shuttle bus and public transport pass - super helpful! And I liked the proximity to the tram line.

Absence of a spa facility or a pool side feature, or more lively activities. Difficulty getting my room cleaned outside of the (cleaner's) scheduled hours. I would have liked breakfast to span up till 11am over the weekend.

Modern, clean, spacious, excellent condition Amazing breakfast. Shuttle to the airport is a huge plus.

The clerk at the checkin needed 15 minutes to sort out how to register in his computer my deposit for extras. All that time I was waiting in front of him instead of being offered a drink or access to my room. Not one word to express any apology. Customer facing staff needs to get better training or close supervision. Customers should not be put in such a situation, especially not at 22:00.

The hotel was new and very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The hotel upgraded one of our 4 rooms and the manager solved our issue in professional way.

The room dining selection was very very limited. The breakfast close at 10:30am and not possible to request in the room after that time. The lobby restaurant has very limited food selection. I suggest to the hotel to review the selection of foods and increase the food types.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very nice. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes starting at 4:50am and we had no trouble making it to our flight. The tram stop was about an 8 minute walk away which was convenient to ride down into old town. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check in and it was so nice that our rooms were ready and we could check in early.

Our only complaint is that the AC could not keep up on the hot day we were there (it was 90F) and while it cooled the room, it was not sufficient so we slept poorly and had to sleep with no duvet.

The hotel is an easy journey from the airport (even walkable if you don't have too many bags). Plus, I was able to use public transport for free so went to the city centre hassle-free as there is a tram stop nearby. The room was very comfortable and easy access to the shower. Finally, the breakfast was nice with a decent selection of things to choose from. I was meeting friends who were able to easily pick me up the following day. Even the staff helped pack the car when it was overloaded with bags.

The stay was excellent so nothing to complain about. The staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast is good. So there is really nothing to complain about. Even though I was staying for leisure it would work if you were coming for work.

Excellent in-house restaurant (Moments). It was our wedding anniversary and we were really pleasantly surprised to receive champagne and brownies, it was very thoughtful of the hotel. The location was excellent (free shuttle bus from airport) and within close proximity to the tram to get to the city centre (free travel pass for hotel guests, so we didn't have to pay for the tram. Ask at reception about it). Breakfast had a great selection of cooked food and continental options.
