I could have used an explanation about using my room key to operate the elevators...also since the hotel is so close, why not some good signs pointing me in the right direction at the airport to make the pleasant walk much nicer.For other travelers...exit on the departures level..turn left as you come outside..at the end of the parking lot is a red painted sidewalk straight in front of you..follow it past the arena and you.ll see the hotel toward your left..follow the walkway up the stairs and over the freeway.

Like a dog! Arrived around 10pm and reception chap barely looked up from desk, I actually thought he was speaking to a dog behind the counter at one stage whilst delivering his automated instructions. Suggest better training for reception staff needed, first impressions are so important to a tired traveler! Also If walking by one self the approach from the airport (15min walk) feels very risky., shady and a bit iffy to me.

We ended up in Geneva while trying to get back to the UK after the Air Traffic control problems in August 2023 - and the Ibis was a great choice mostly because it's so close to the airport and we had an early flight home. However, it was everything you needed for a surprise stop-over and our booking in an approved hotel also meant we all ended up with free travel around Geneva which was incredible! So we were able to get into the city but bus and tram which was surprisingly easy! Because we were travelling as a group of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, we requested rooms next to each other and the hotel obliged.

My husband was so taken with what we got for the money at the Ibis, that he now thinks we can do our family holidays much more cheaply by staying in similar hotels. I prefer a little more luxury for my well-earned vacations but it really was fine. I just need to make my husband forget about this place now!

Helpful and friendly staff, good location(especially for early morning flights), bar open till 1 AM, clean, modern looking, good wifi, walkable distance to the airport, nice park beside the hotel with nature and some calisthenics stuff to exercise.

For the concept of being a "budget hotel" it should definitely have a way for the guests to store their food, as eating out all the time in Geneve gets pretty expensive. Either one big refrigerator in the reception with labels for each room, or a small one in each room would help. Also there was only one uncomfortable stool(should be two) in the room to sit down to eat or work, even though the reservation was for two people.

Room was really clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t hear any noise but we arrived at 1:30am and left at 7:30am so it was a very short stay. There is a shuttle from the airport which I would recommend. We walked and took about 15 mins with our luggage.

The pillows were very soft but also really big so felt kind of smothering. That’s just down to personal taste though. We paid over £100 for our one night stay which seemed pricey for an ibis budget but everything is pricier in Geneva!

Exceptional economic option at a walking distance from the airport and a bus stop connecting to the city. The description of the services is exactly what you get. Good and clean room, wifi, with basic services. The check-in and check-out were as smooth as it gets. I did not try breakfast but I saw some staff from nearby facilities coming there to get breakfast - that is a good sign for me;)

Next time I might choose a non-budget version just to get a chair, a writing desk and kettle in my room.

We stayed here as an overnight stay before our flight from Geneva airport. The hotel was very close to the airport ( a 5-10 min walk) or the No 5 bus stopped right outside which went to the airport. Considering how close the hotel was to a main road, the airport and the train station it was remarkably quiet and we had a better night's sleep than we had had when we stayed in a hotel in Geneva itself. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast or eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that side of things. With hindsight we would have stayed here previously rather than in Geneva as the price was much better value for money and you receive a free travel card for the duration of your stay so getting into and out of Geneva would not be an issue ( the No 5 bus takes you right into Geneva or there is the train from the airport which takes only about 7 minutes).

Clean rooms, small yet cozy. With a view to the airport - you can watch the planes land every few minutes. Plenty of space to sit in the lobby and watch TV if you'd like, or order a sandwich and a beer from the bar. Very close (5-10 minute walk) from the airport so it's convenient to stay there for those who don't want to travel to the airport on the last day. Very close to the train station for a trip to the center of the city.

Could use some complementary small tea bags or coffee in the room or in the lobby, instead of paying for it at the bar. A bottle of water or a water station at the lobby would also be a very nice addition.

Claimed as the airport hotel. But the location is little confusing and tricky. It is about 15 min walk but on a not very clearly marked street (actually not even street), especially during night it can be very frustrating. We followed the instruction by Hotel but still went onto wrong way. I wish hotel could offer shuttle service. Would prefer the hotel with shuttle service even it is not close to airport to save the troubles.

The hotel is close to the airport and it is very convenient to reach the hotel by walk and the staff provided full guidance on how to reach the hotel by walk, bus and car before my arrival which really helped me to save some money. The staff is really helpful and the place is nice and clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and the WIFI is excellent. It is suitable for both families as well as for bachelors and the front desk available 24 hours.I recommend this hotel.
