The location was great, right on the bus station and close to the Palexpo. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel looks is very inviting. You have fresh water available at the lobby, and they refill 2 complimentary bottles a day in the room. During the night and early morning you have an espresso machine in the lobby for early departures. At 4:45 am there were 3 receptionist! Very impressive. We will return in the future for sure!

The AC was turning off every 15-30 mins and we had to turn it back manually. Even during the night. But after complaining about it to the staff it was fixed. But I think this was not a problem with our specific AC but more of a policy. Anyway it was fixed so we were satisfied. Also, the ice machine on our floor didn't work.

There is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel is very close to the bus / tram station. The room was very clean and spacious with a well equipped mini bar. Complementary fruits and fruit water opposite the elevators provided by the hotel. At the lobby, there is a complimentary computer and printer for use by guests. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient and lastly, housekeeping staff were very professional and very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff is amazing and the hotel offers a great deal of culinary options. The chef and staff at the bar are the best. Special shout-out to Abdou and his two colleagues who went above and beyond to meet our expectations. I'll definitely come back to this airport that is located only 5 mins away from the airport by car. Finally, I was given a room as soon as I arrived at the hotel, several hours prior to the check-in time which was a big plus.

I wish there was a spa at the hotel. That's the only facility that's missing.

The room was small, but comfortable, although there was really no place to sit, except on the bed. The staff were overly helpful and the breakfast was out of this world.

In making my reservation I did indicate that my sister needed a shower because she was using a walker and we needed twin beds and although they indicated they weren’t able to guarantee it, they would try. It did not happen, but they did change us to the correct room when we told him that she could not get in a bathtub!

Room was clean and modern. Airport shuttle was great. Staff were very friendly. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment except that it cost 35cfh

The room was small. They did not have any milk pods for the coffee - only dried milk. For the price of the room I would have expected a better complimentary coffee/tea tray. I was told that if I wanted milk I would have to buy a coffee from room service. My room was next door to the room service and so I could hear doors opening periodically. The room was also two doors from the lift. I’m beginning to think that hotels in general put solo travellers in the worst of rooms.

Very Large Spacious Room and HUGE windows, with a Terrific view from the eight floor. Great breakfast Area and also friendly, helpful staff with a shuttle bus if needed. I was impressed.

Some staff members are to eager to run around and clean up and bash plates and cutlery to loudly. Especially in the breakfast room, were most people have just risen and its not needed. They just need to breathe, walk and be quieter. You get the same workload done.

Cleanliness, freshness, decent size table and room for work and dining. Tea and coffee bags provided.

Late or no response at all from staff manning Booking.com. No acknowledgement of our late arrival messages. It also said that the booking was cancelled but we didnt cancel it. I would think that the free local transport card should be emailed to us before arrival so that we could use them getting to the hotel from the airport. No creamer or milk in the bar fridge.

We stayed on the top floor - spacious, well-designed room and bathroom. Access to a lounge. Breakfast was nice. Easy and free public bus into the center of Geneva.

Ground level lobby smelled bad. I needed a refund for the second night due to extenuating circumstances and the hotel staff made me call Booking.com so that Booking could negotiate on my behalf, rather than just dealing with me directly. However, I was granted the refund. No pool.

The room was sparkling clean and with great view. Breakfast was nice (not great tho).

One of the receptionist was not as professional. Also we had paid for a premium top floor and it comes with the lounge. Not only the staff did not let us know about it (until I asked about it) but also there’s was nothing in the lounge every time we went for snack or drink! No refills for long time and by the time it was refilled some people would wipe everything out.

It is a modern and well kept hotel. I would consider it as an airport hotel since it is very near by. It has the bus stop at 50 meters from it, to go to downtown Geneva. You get with your stay a public transportation city pass at no extra cost. The hotel does not have its own parking per sè but right underground it a public, paid parking. The hotel also has a very nice welcome refreshment, fruits and candies. Also, there are fruits available to take at different location of the hotel. Breakfast was diverse, they also have a cook to order specific types of eggs, and the quality was very good. My personal like was the coffee, I found it to be very good.

The room I was given was at the corner of the building and at the angle, two windows meet. The room was very warm when the sun hit it directly, even though having the air condition on at maximum and at the lowest temperature. The room was rather on the small side, being the closet and packing area relatively small. In the bathroom there were a couple of hairs that definitely were not ours, due to the length and thee color. However, these minimal things happened to me in many hotels around the world.
