Good airport-shuttle service and a good place to stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.

The price is too high, but that is Switzerland…

Room 9 is on the ground floor and looks over a basic garden, it’s adequate, with a small fridge, kettle and air conditioning. Soundproofing is good other than when doors are slammed by ignorant people. The lighting by the desk needs to be improved. The shuttle bus leaves to / from the airport every 20 minutes, the journey takes 5 minutes; from the airport you can take the number 10 bus to Rive (the centre of Geneva), it’s a 40 minute journey and is free with a Geneva travel pass provided via the hotel. Breakfast is included.

The carpet in bedroom 9 needs to be replaced not just because there is a cigarette burn very visible.

The hotel was very clean and rooms are spacious. The location is also exceptional, took us less than 5 minutes to walk from P51 car rental parking lot. The airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes is also very convenient, it drops you right at the terminal in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if we ever have an extended layover in Geneva!

Not much to dislike. Parking is expensive which is expected near the airport. We were only given one room key and we were a couple, an extra room key would've been good.

Room was as expected. Just an overnight for flight transfer - shuttle service AMAZING!

I have not been able to get through to your reception to request an invoice. I'm calling from London and either no response or I was put on hold for more than 8 minutes, so hung up. I have emailed a request, so I'm hoping you will reply and send me an invoice. (We arrived very late 11pm and busy check in, and left 04.50 the next morning, so no chance to get an invoice)

Close to airport. I chose to walk but could have taken free shuttle bus. Was able to run in vicinity - a suggested running route would be great. Comfortable room, slept well. Although I could see planes on climb out, room was quiet. Ate evening meal in sister hotel (Nash Airport) which was excellent. Tea and coffee making facility in room, and water in fridge. Appreciated voucher to use Geneva public transport for one day but did not use because I really wanted to exercise in fresh air, and appreciated that

Some information about attractions in walking distance would be good. Also information about any gym or pool that hotel guests could go to. Experience of travel at the moment is hours being cooped up in plane or airport, so getting exercise really important antidote

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, incl. the cleaners were so lovely! We stayed in the building opposite the main hotel. The view was gorgeous and the room was snug but sufficient for myself and my daughter. Each morning, I sat on the benches outside the rooms to read my bible before my daughter woke up and had a lovely, daily chat with the cleaners. One minus was the fact that the rooftop breakfast room didn't allow you to use the restrooms, so if I sat there for some peace and quiet while my daughter was asleep, I still had to sneak into the room to use the toilet. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was a tad bit pricey but again, lovely staff! Just a short walk to the shopping centre and the free bus/tram pass perfected our stay! Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend!

That the toilets on the rooftop breakfast rooms were always locked, but it wasn't a big deal :D

Very smart and clean rooms. Close to the airport which is useful for late arrivals. Basic beakfast.

There is a shuttle which is reasonable if you have a lot of luggage or prefer to be driven but it is a bit infrequent at every 20 minutes and the hotel is only 600 metres on foot from the car rental end of Geneva Arrivals so a quick walk. However neither the hotel nor Geneva Airport make it easy to find the route (avoiding the car-only bits of road) which is a pity and probably deters a lot of people.

Has shuttles that run to and from the hotel to airport. Hotel literally across the road but it is the main motorway and too far to walk with luggage. Shuttle is free and was easy to find from the airport. Not much around but in the tourist season the city offers free public transport for tourists which the hotel arranges via voucher. We spent the day in old town [too far to walk.] Staff- depending on who you get range from efficient to excellent and really really helpful. Really under the pump at check in time. 12 noon check out which was great.

Leave the key in the window to allow unlocking to let some air in- Cleaner couldnt find it to unlock

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. There is a regular free shuttle to the airport and the bus stop is not far away. My room was conveniently furnished and the bathroom was actually really nice. I appreciated that there were a kettle, some coffee and free water bottles in the room. Upon request, they unlocked the window and brought an iron within a few minutes. Value for money was excellent.

There was a slight smell in the room that went away after I opened the window. Of course the location is next to highway and airport, but the windows are very well isolated so I had no problems with that.

Very convenient shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and back. The rooms were always clean and was given other convience materials such robe and slippers on request. Internet was very good and reliable.

The space in the room is rather limited but otherwise good enough
