The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The stuff is very pleasant and feels like they sincerely love the place they work at. Service, food, cleanliness and customer orientation was on highest level possible. Bathrobes, towels, bedsheets were great as well. The wine list is truly amazing (with very reasonable pricing) and apparently the owner has a great collection of his own which is worth taking a look. Definitely coming back there!

The outdoor jacuzzi temperature was to low, wasn’t very pleasant being in there for more than a minute.

It was cold in the room, we tried all the time to put manually 23-24 degrees , but it did not work properly. We also had disabled room, so that the shower was open.Therefore the water was leacking everywhere in the bathroom and toilet , a bit dangerous.

It was the perfect weekend. We both travel a lot for leisure and business and I have, certainly not in Switzerland, not come across such an outstanding leading hotel, beyond 5star plus in its peer group. From the staff at the entrance, to reception (special thanks to Monique who made us welcome and feeling special from the first minute) and the restaurants and the pool over to the facilities and the to die for view and location. They really thought of every single detail, from the hand written welcoming card, the selection of the mini bar to home made cookies and every possible feature or amenities you could think of, the junior suite had it all. Never seen in a hotel a wine selection like this. Even on our farewell (we will certainly be back) Monique had a bag ready with drinks and snacks for our journey back. Great thanks to everyone at the Parkhotel Team. You all made the difference for a perfect weekend.

Beautiful property with magnificent lake and mountains view. Very friendly staff. Our suite was amazing and complementary drinks were a nice treat. 3 great restaurants at the hotel. Excellent Spa and pool.

Michelin star restaurant wasn’t open every day, rebooking or restaurant reservation cancellation has a cancellation fee.

Service was amazing, hotel building was like castles, and very clean rooms. Spa was one of the best in the world. All restaurant's was crazy good, special wagyu A5 shushi dish is next level, hotel have 6 wine chamber with special wine selection from France, Italy if you wine lovers this is place to be.

Stunning building and interior and even more spectacular scenery. Great staff - friendly, helpful and multilingual.

Although aware of food allergies and intolerances, didn’t really cater for them. Very limited choices if gluten and dairy are a problem. However food that was available was of a really excellent standard.

Absolutely everything - Hotel - absolutely beautiful and breathtaking whilst in keeping with the Swiss architecture - Scenery - amazing views of the lake and mountains which made you feel like you were in a film - Staff - so attentive and couldn't do enough for you throughout every interaction - Food - it was pricey but the quality was so good it still felt you were getting value for money - Room - the space, bathroom, balcony, walk in wardrobe were all amazing and anything you could think of you had access to

The only tiny negative we could muster is the fact the pillows were so soft they were virtually non existent so we had slightly sore necks in the morning

Best services, stuff, dining and room. Just hotel tour makes you happy. Every corners of the hotel were design to give you enjoy. Beautiful swimming pool.

Location a bit far off the station. The hotel compliment transportation helps but sometime not available if many use at the same time.

My husband and I felt very properly accommodated and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to our every need.

This property was absolutely stunning. There was nothing to dislike.
