Everything the hotel is lovely, just as in the pictures, the room is very spacious, we got an upgrade with a view towards the garden and the lake which was wonderful. We look forward to coming again and enjoying this gem.

i really love the hotel and everything is perfect. breakfast can be alittle better.

Exceeded our expectations by some way. We were upgraded on arrival to a superior double and benefitted from rooms with views of the lake - just breath-taking. Food and service were of a very high standard and this applied to breakfast - we ended up eating at the hotel on both evenings as the terrace provided a unique and stunning backdrop. The location was sublime, straight out onto the lake and close enough to walk to key transport routes and activities.

This hotel exceeded my expectation, what a pleasant surprise. Everything at the Golf Hotel was exceptional. Staff always smiling , calm helpful generous with their information. The bar , terrace and restaurant were an example of a boutique hotel with class and elegance . The service was a seven star , the food daily was cooked fresh to a Michelin star standard .

This hotel was our Gold star after spending 3 weeks travelling throughout Switzerland. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was exceptionally large. Our room with balcony overlooked the stunning Lake Geneva and we enjoyed strolling along the promenade below. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. Best of all, the whole staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Everything was good.

It was clean and the main areas were well decorated. There was a lovely garden with plenty of sitting areas. We had half board for 10 days and the evening meal was of a very high standard with no repeats. The staff were very attentive.

The weather was very hot whilst we were there and it would have been beneficial if the bedroom had air conditioning. A good fan however was provided and so it wasn’t too much of a problem

exceptional and unobstructed view over leman and the alps. terrace is amazing. room and bed was very comfortable. the restaurant terrace is also a splendid place!

toilet is a bit old and needs remodeling. no AC / I personally do not mind this, but people traveling from the US or Asia might not be used to this. the new part of the building also needs a new elevator.

The view of Lake Geneva from our balcony was simply stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. The quality of service was peerless - all the staff were polite, attentive and efficient. A special mention for Masha who looked after us at breakfast and brought us room service, and who did everything well with a warm smile.

Every time we returned to our room after the cleaners had been in, every lamp and light in the room and bathroom was burning, and the TV was on. This was irritating and a profligate waste of energy. The shower was poor and hard to adjust. The electrical socket unit built into the table was loose - when we tried to pull out a plug, the whole unit came away. One of the USB charging sockets in that unit was broken, so we only had one socket for several devices. The kettle lid hinge was broken so the lid came away on opening. These are all small things vastly outweighed by all the positive aspects of the hotel, but disappointing nevertheless.

The lake view from room balcony and hotel lobby is wonderful. The breakfast was with good quality & delicious but there’s nothing changed if you stay longer. The staff was nice and helpful. They are a bit strict and cautious with the guests at breakfast but I was okay and felt safe with security.

The location is near train station so you could hear the train approaching noise from time to time but still acceptable coz not often.The room decoration is quite simple and minimal but practical and contains all necessities and amenities you would require. By the way, only tea no coffee in room

Everything was perfect! We got a free upgrade to a lakeside room with a balcony. Staff were attentive and courteous. The view of the lake was great and it was a nice walk along the promenade from town. The room was spacious, clean and newly renovated. Couldn’t have ask for a better stay!

If I had to nitpick, food options at the terrace restaurant were slightly limited. Would appreciate more French/ Swiss-French options
