Well situated and with nice views i loved having free public transport around the area.

Would probably be good being able to chose rooms / a preferance by gender

The hostel is located just within steps to the lake. It was soooo relaxing and nice to stay late n enjoy the sunset near the lake. The facilities is always clean and tidy the breakfast was fantastic. There were personal locker in the room not big enough for luggage but it’s good for personal belonging.

It happened to all hostel, no receptionist at the lobby before 4pm so do not try your luck for early checkin. The new escalator is only up to level 1. I was give room at level 3 and have to carry my big luggage up. The hostel is located at a slope. Just be ready to push your luggage. It’s abit far from the city and there is no supermarket nearby.

Location perfect, within walking distance of the centre but well served by a bus every 10 minutes and the local trains. Breakfast abundant, with very healthy and locally sourced options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms light and airy with ample space for suitcases and a spacious safe locker for valuables.

Breakfast: it wasn't clear whether coffee and hot drinks had to be paid for extra - I didn't ask however to clarify. The dorms were mixed, which caused a few problems with snoring older males in an otherwise female room.

I liked very much the place, the staff was always so kind and gave me all the informations that i needed. The structure seems quite new and well organized, i was in the 6 beds room, shered with only one girl, and was cleaned and comfortable. The position is in front of the lake, but fare from the crowded part of Montreux. which was perfect for me. But in few minutes walk can be reached the Montreaut centre and the Chillon Castel..I recomands the stay for sure!

The only thing is that the dinner and the breakfast were not too fournished...but for the type of accomodation i think can be ok!

The lobby of the hostel looked like a hotel and the environment felt very clean and cosy. Outside the hostel is a lake which is good for morning walks.

The location was abit difficult to find as it was located below a long flight of stairs. The breakfast was a little disappointing. There wasn't any salad bar as they showed on booking.com photos. There were only some deli meats,cereal,bread and juice. But I felt it was fair for the price paid.

My stay at the hostel was really nice, I would also like to thank the hostel manager - Lucas, who has been super kind and helpful, as during my stay I encountered some unpleasant experience and he tried his best to help me with the issue and I really appreciate his help! Also the location and breakfast was also great, I can stay the breakfast has been the best breakfast I've had during my time in Switzerland especially the ovomaltine crunchy cream, I'm in love with that spread now!

A nice walk alongside the lake from the station . Easy to find. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing in the bathrooms to mop up a wet floor from previous person. But I had flipflops for that reason. The light is on a timer which I didn’t know about and suddenly I was in pitch black, wet with shampoo in my eyes trying to find light. Scared me a bit tbh .

Comfortable stay, hostel was modern and clean inside and reception staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast range was fantastic and heaps of common spaces to relax and a view of lake Geneva during breakfast! Located near a train and bus stops so was very accessible!

My room was at the same height as the train tracks and could hear the trains pass (as the windows were opened due to the heat of the night) - bring earplugs!

The location of the hostel is a very convenient place, easy to get a bus to move around, As it was mentioned washroom is shared i thought it would be horrible but I was wrong, plenty of toilets and shower places, even i think they have more washroom than rooms. Value of money for sure. If i visit Montreux again i will consider it again.

The staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful. Beds and pillow are comfortable. The location is great—right by the lake/promenade with a lovely 15 minute walk to Chillon Castle and close bus connections to town.

Unfortunately, wifi is only available in the lobby. Additionally, there was a large school group during my stay that were very loud and inconsiderate of others. Not the fault of the hostel, but something to consider checking prior to booking a stay.
