Very good hotel for 3 stars, we had nice junior suite room.

Very warm reception staff and a fun, Jazz Festival theme in the downstairs dining/bar area. This theme runs through the hotel with imagry from the Festival over the years. Which is what I was there for! My room was a decent size, on the top floor with 4 balconies. It's 3 star and a good, charming 3 star at that. 15 minutes uphill walk from the lake and town centre in a more charming old town part of Montreux, or a short 3 minute mountain railway which was also charming.

Odd mix of curtain colours in the room, which the curtains had seen better days.

Great Great hotel, just because of very professional reception (Both the Portuguese gentleman who receive me the arrival day and the beautiful lady who relief his shift later in the day When I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman gave me a full explanation on free tickets, free museums, the train trip up the mountain. He issued me free transport tickets in and around the city of Montreux. I am not sure if my Swiss Pass included the free city transport. He pointed out the bus stop just opposite the hotel and briefed me bus numbers, timetable, where is the supermarket, the promenade etc. What a beautiful people, hotel and the beautiful location. I wish I can give Tralala 10 stars

In case if I missed it before I arrived in Montreux, I would like to see that train arriving guests be notified beforehand how to exit the station, which bus/tram to take and at which stop to disembark near the facility. Tralala is about 1 km from the station and with luggage for 3 weeks walking uphill is not that comfortable.

Early check in went well, got a free upgrade to very nice room, large bathroom with good size tub. Paolo was very helpful with information about things to do. Lovely walk to Chateau de Chillon along the lake on the flower walk. Took ferry back to town. Nice basic breakfast. Short walk to a great small restaurant with perfectly prepared salmon, and great fondue. Enjoyed talking jazz with Paolo, he gave me recommendation for a traditional jazz festival in Cully, better than Montreux Jazz, which has very little actual jazz.

No complaints. A bit of street traffic noise in the early morning (windows were open). A minifridge would be nice as we were carrying some cheese and yogurt around for snacks.

Beautiful location in the old town, across the street from a bus stop and walking distance to the train station and many shops/restaurants. Service was excellent, and their bar was a welcome refuge on a rainy holiday. My room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to sit at a desk and use the hotel WiFi to get some work done. I appreciated the little details they provided - e.g. coffee machine, shampoo/body wash. Great value, especially for Montreux!

I was happy with this hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room met all the requirements and the hotel is well located in the historic part of Montreux. Some amenities are available in the neighborhood (e.g., bakery or restaurants). The lake is close by (less than 10 minutes walk up-/downhill). Breakfast (and lunch/diner) are available at the hotel although I didn't try them.

(Not a big deal for me but worth mentioning for people with sleep problems...) Some motorbikes/cars made a bit of noise over the weekend so you might not want to sleep with your window opened (at the beginning of the night at least!)

The Hotel was well situated for access to the amenities of Montreux, the shops, restaurants and walking distance to the Lake & it's shoreline promenade. Opposite the Hotel was a bus stop, 100m to the railway into Montreux or up the mountain to Haut des Caux. The Hotel had a lift which was great after a long day walking in the mountains or along the Lake shore. The jazz festival theme & music memorabilia throughout the Hotel gave the Hotel its own uniqueness. Breakfast though continental style was hearty with choice.

No nothing really to be critical of - however for a weeks stay the room was compact (good balcony with views of the Lake & France) but didn't really have anywhere to hang clothes & coats.

Beautiful Hotel, both inside and outside. Very pleasant and clean room, with some treats for the guests (coffee, tee, spring water). Location very convenient, as the bus for downtown stops right opposite the front door. It is worth mentioning that they give you a guest card that allows you to ride public transport for free during your stay, plus generous discounts for local attractions (for example, Chillon Castle).

The pastries/bread at breakfast could have been fresher.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and with 4 small balconies, which gave us amazing views out over the lake and mountains beyond. The bar had a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast was lovely. Although the hotel is up a quite steep hill, there is a regular bus service running along the front, which will drop you right outside the hotel. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room so that we could have a morning coffee enjoying the views from the balcony but other than that, cant fault the place or the staff. Thank you for a great stay.

I really liked this hotel. The staff, especially the one named Guillaume, were very nice, friendly and helpful:) There's a lift, a great bar, amazing play list, and so on...I gave this hotel 9 points instead of 10 because it's going to feel hard to walk up to this hotel from the train station. But if you take the bus or drive, this location will turn out to be an amazing one to overlook the whole city and explore the old part of Montreux. Highly recommended♡♡♡
