I like the place itself, it's in the center and near the bus and tram station. The staff I chatted with was very helpful when I made a mistake with my booking. They upgraded our room to the biggest at the second floor. The facilities are nice, our room were already warm when we checked in which is absolutely amazing because it was freezing cold outside. Second, we can use the kitchen. Tip, bring your food or buy at Dennys or Coop which is near Hermes. It is very expensive to eat outside so it's better to cook. Overall experience it was wonderful. We'll be back on Spring.

Nothing. It was wonderful so far. Staff are wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. Because our accommodation is so budget friendly.

The location was in easy reach of several tram lines and there is a pleasant walking path down to the riverside. The room was charming and spacious, with historical features. The kitchen was good although short of some essentials like cutlery (spoons) and mugs. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

The bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) was not at all soft, it was quite rough to the touch. The duvets were unusually heavy or compacted. Other guest/s sharing the bathroom were not considerate about cleanliness.

The page said the room had bathroom, but it didn't: there were 2 external rooms, one toilet and one bathroom, shared between 3 bedrooms. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower with a very low ceiling. I'm only 1.72m tall and had to lower my head to get a shower. The location is not bad, but not ideal either: 20 min to the central station by tram, another 10 min to downtown from there. There is a tram station quite near the hotel, though.

Nights are very quiet, but evenings and mornings can get pretty busy. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring your ear plugs, the soundproofing is a bit weak. My room was upstairs under the roof, it was quite warm during my stay and so was my room.

The place is great! I would highly recommend it. It is clean, the room I had was spacious. The heating was working great, which was useful as the weather was not good at the time. I've communicated with the staff online and they were very helpful and pleasant.

I really cannot think of anything that I did not like. Perhaps a microwave in the kitchen would have been useful.

It was an OK place to sleep over. Easy to come at the middle of the night. It was close enough to the Swiss Life arena where I was at the conference. Despite having just 1 shower at the floor, it was never a problem to get a shower.

My room has never been cleaned during my 5 or 6 days stay. I would prefer if someone at least through the garbage from the trash can. sometimes it was difficult to open the entrance door.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Building was beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was functional and clean. Check-in and check-out process is easy and painless.

Taking a shower can be a bit challenging if you are 1,80m. Walls are too thin and you can hear other really well. You need to take a bus to get to the town centre.

I got sick one day before my stay at the guest house. As soon as I informed them about the situation the reception was so kind to postpone my reservation to after I was healthy again. And for that I didn't need to pay any additional fees. I really appreciated the flexible administration.

The floors tend to squeak a bit when someone walks on them. It can be a little annoying for people who are trying to sleep during night time.

The kitchen was very comfortable and had everything I needed to cook. There was a wash-dry room for my clothes for free. It was quite and cosy. The cleaning ladies were very polite.

The bedsheets were very warm and rough for my skin. The heat panel in my room had no "switch off" button. The TV had no signal. The kitchen was not very clean. They should clean the cupboards and the fridge/oven at least once a month.

Clean, really comfortable bed. Very easy to get the key and return it. Water pressure is best in top floor shower. Well equipped kitchen, big dining table. Building is quiet. surrounding area is nice and clean. I gave low rating for the staff because I didn’t see anyone and had no need to either.

the sink in the top floor bathroom is blocked and the tap is loose. the shower curtain is too big for the bath. I don’t like it touching me when showering because other peoples dirt will be on it. Also if you’re tall you will have to bend in top floor shower. Water pressure isn’t great in middle floor shower. I didn’t make complaint because my room was really clean and my bed was very comfy
