It was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location with access to trams, local markets, restaurants, and it’s like 10 minutes away from the main Zurich train stations. I highly recommend it

The AC was not cooling. Hopefully they changed my room because of that but even the newer room (upgraded room) had a bad AC.

WC was not good. Very small, feels 2*, the door opens externally into the room and not into the wc area. I am upgraded my score from 7 to 8 due to the realistic response of the FOM

Excellent hotel with welcoming staff. Just a little out of the centre but with a tram stop outside the door of the hotel it was perfect to get in and out. Breakfast was good with a wide range on offer. Rooms were spacious and felt homely.

To be very picky the best was very very firm. It was ok for a few nights but I would have struggled longer. A topper may be needed! Water pressure was a little low in the shower.

The location is great, it's close to the main sights in a nice residential neighborhood. Next to the hotel there is a great bakery, open 7 days a week. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettles and cups to make tea, which was nice.

We had an issue with noise. We could hear the neighbours very well because the room was linked through a door to the neighboring room. The door was obviously locked but we could hear them speak in the middle of the night. We raised it with the reception and it did not happen again the next night. We could however hear our upstairs neighbors and their kids walk around the room. Not fantastic if you are a light sleeper but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Pretty much everything was great about our stay, from the warm and wonderful welcome by Isabelle in particular, to its proximity and ease to get into town by either tram 11 or 14 at the doorstep of the hotel. We stayed in adjoining double premium rooms as a family of 5 (2 adults, 6, 4 and 1 yo). Rooms were good size and very comfortable and air conditioned. They don’t have twin bed options so our eldest two shared the queen which is 2 singles put together. And they don’t offer a baby cot so we had our inflatable travel kids mattress which fit fine in the room.

If you’re traveling on a Sunday it’s a shame the in-house restaurant isn’t open but we hopped on a quick tram ride and grabbed food at the station as there was plenty of choice to be found. We didn’t hang the door sign in front of the room either so our bins were emptied after night 1 which was a shame, top up with fresh water would’ve been nice too. It also would’ve been more comfortable to have a single queen size mattress as a couple rather than two twin mattresses especially as there’s a small gap between them but these are just small preferences rather than things we didn’t like. We had a great stay and considered prolonging our short 2-night stay another day because we enjoyed the lodging.

we booked this hotel last minute due to delays in our flight. we were not disappointed! the tram stop is located just out the front. the room was very spacious, great lighting and had block out electric shutters which was great. the air conditioner was really good too, we like it cold to sleep. The room and bathroom was huge and spacious. the receptionist was fantastic and very welcoming. we felt very comfortable here. don’t be fooled by the dingy hallways, it was a very pleasant stay.

Room - The Room was specious and clean. Location - Location was near Zurich HB station with Regular Tram connections Breakfast - Not opted for. Bathroom - Specious and Clean with all the facilities. Staff - Absolutely brilliant and helpful. We reached the hotel at 1:30 am in the morning due to flight delays and they happily assisted us with the check in at that late in night.

Nothing. Just a couple of suggestion - it would be better if they can have a shower screen in the bathroom. Otherwise water may splash in the dry area of the bathroom.

On the tram line. You hear it when it passes. The AC is not intuitive in the sense that you have to schedule how long it should run. Otherwise it turns off by itself and you wake up hot. This is unexpected since everything turns off automatically when you take your key out of the slot and leave the room. The shower is very small. There is a shower curtain, so be careful to point the shower head down, otherwise a bunch of water ends up on the floor.

Spectacular view from the balcony on the fifth floor. The corner room was spacious with windows on two sides and the balcony circling around it. It was possible to sit outside, read and have a cup of coffee in all tranquillity with a stunning view over Zurich skyline. Plenty of space in the two closets, one with a safer that can accommodate a laptop. The bathroom was spotless clean as was the room, with a lovely selection of shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. The towels soft and very new. The room was very quiet despite the vicinity to the tramline and trafficked street. The breakfast was excellent and served in the restaurant facing the street. Two things were also very helpful: one was the screen in the foyer with updated times for incoming trams, just literally 10 steps from the door trams no. 11 and 14 connect to the central station and/or to the city centre. The other was finding a welcoming message in my room with the weather forecast for the next few days.

The bed in my room was too firm, so firm that it was difficult to fall asleep (and I do like firm mattresses). This was the only thing that could be disappointing.

The hotel is amazing, everything was very clean, the breakfast was vary reach in variety. The hotel is very close to the city center, I was basically walking everywhere all the time, but there is a tram station right next to the hotel, so it's easy to go further. Will gladly come back here during my next stays in Zurich.

A little bit lack of soundproofing from the hallway side, some people were loud there sometimes and I could hear them perfectly well while laying in my bed
