The hotel location is great as it’s in the central and so close to the station where we could take a quick train to the airport. The hotel staff Carolina was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious. The cooling system was decent and we were given a fan in the room hence it was comfortable during our time of stay (June) and the hotel has a lift from the restaurant if you had big luggages. We had also chance to enjoy local buskering at the restaurants downstairs through our window. Overall we had a great stay.

The cooling system might be not sufficient for hotter season

The property is centrally located. The old town is right outside the front door. the river is viewable from the hotels facing rooms and a 1 minute walk across the street. the rooms are great and the quietness of the surrounding rooms was a bonus. the amenities are good and the rooms were pleasantly large for the size and star rating of the hotel. plenty of eateries within minutes walking distance. including one on the ground floor of the hotel.

At this time I can think of no negatives.

we loved the room having no carpet, all wooden floor. Great! They could add one or three addional cloth hanger, 4 only is a bit short. The restaurant is a bit noisy but the food is astonishly tasty. Breakfast at sfr 25 i feel is expensive for the selelction offered. Could do better i feel.

Charming little hotel. rooms are simple but big enough and absolutely spotless. the staff were lovely. very friendly and I felt very safe there. the location is spot on with all the lovely old town stretching up behind the hotel..

Location is fantastic - we arrived after redeye from US and they let us leave our luggage so we could see some of Zurich while the room was cleaned. Easy to get to many key sites. The room is rather small but we all could sleep. I am glad we didnt need for more than the one night, but for that it served us well.

Very cute hotel. The design of the room felt modern. Great place to stay with a friend. The only down side is there is a bar/restaurant below the hotel. People sat outside and had loud music playing until 2am. If you are a light sleeper this could affect your rest. However there are probably rooms facing in a different direction so this isn't a problem.

Spacious and modern room located in the heart of Zurich.

The breakfast was a little disappointing but perfectly adequate to refuel before a long day in the the old town.

Location pretty perfect.

Bed and pillows a bit soft and bizarre key system for access and exit. Stupidly expensive (even for Zurich) restaurant called PapaJoes or something so don’t even thin ,about it. I had a beer over the menu and ran!

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent!!

There was no air conditioning but they did provide us with a fan which was very helpful.

The staff did not speak English, which made the check in and out a bit difficult. There came a guy that spoke very good English in the evening so that helped. But there should be English speaking staff at all times.
