One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The room is immaculate and modern and had good lighting (both natural and electric), the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. The location was simply amazing- right in the heart of the old town. Loads and loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. 10 mins walk from the main ETH buildings (i was there for a conference ). 10 mins walk from the central station. The breakfast buffet was decent - choice of cereal, breads including croissants, yoghurt, fruit and scrambled eggs. 24h reception was appreciated as well as the complementary tea and coffee by reception.

I would have liked more toiletries to be provided. In particular: a shower cap. Also the room didn't have a fridge. And the aircon was noisy, which was fine during the day but i had to turn it off at night because I couldn't sleep otherwise. The temperature and water power in the shower sometimes fluctuated (i think depending on usage by other guests). The wifi was free but really slow.

It looked exactly how it was portrayed on Booking.com and it was very clean and in the middle of the city, very accessible.

The hotel was central to the old town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Zurich is very walkable. Make sure to make reservations at IGNIV Zurich Michelin Star restaurant prior to your stay it is connected to the building. Delish -la pinseria offers a nice breakfast also in the building.

Hotel was lovely and in a beautiful area of Old Town. The bed was so comfortable and we had a nice quiet room. The shower/ bath was great, as were the bath products. Only tip is don’t try to walk the 15 minutes from the main train station if you have big luggage, the cobblestones by the hotel are too tough! Taxi or tram goes right there.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Zurich. The room was comfortable and cosy.

Good location to explore the old town and yet easy to access other parts of Zurich. Variety of delicious food around Our children find the bed comfortable. The staff are super friendly and patient. We flew in early in the morning and they promptly offered us drinks before getting all the paperwork done in no time. They even stored our luggage quickly and recommended us where we could explore or visit before check in. Check-in was quick due to earlier paperwork. The hotel kindly put us in rooms next to each other. Our children enjoyed the time without us and so do we. Feel like a night of honeymoon for us in the historical room with a tub. Drinking water is freely available in the common area with bottles and glasses. The espresso machine works.

This was us. Should have taken tram 4 from Zurich HB instead of trawling the luggage. But the walk to the hotel was another delight. So it is actually a like.
