There is no safe pedestrian path in front of the hotel to cross to the opposite side. The smell of personal cleaning materials (shampoo, soap, body cream) is not good, tends to smell like medicine. The tools used to cook eggs at breakfast are the same used to cook eggs with pork, and this is not acceptable to us as Muslims. There is no variety of cheeses used for breakfast, and the types used are not desirable to us. to be frank the breakfast wasn't good enough for us. and to be honest the service was excellent by the waiters at breakfast.

The new renovated room in the new wing..are marvellous. I love it. But I only got it after complaining abt my booking. So I only get it for 1 night. The staff at thd counter handlrs it well to transfer my bags to the new room. The interior decors of the lobby, lounge & rooms especially the new wing was awesome..love it.

I was not given the correct room for the Ist night. I dont know what happen between the hotel & booking.com does not communicate well. I only realised it after the 1st night after complaining. Another thing is the location of this hotel is a bit far from the city centre & train station. We need to walk quite a distance & dangerous to cross the busy road infront of the hotel. No proper signage of alternative road crossing the river.

the location is strategically located near the river, a park, tourist bus parking and the Hauptbahnhof. Staffs at the Concierge, Front desk and breakfast restaurant are very courteous and helpful.

The downside is the room inconvenient cleaning schedules. Cleaners would just knock then opens your door even with the privacy note hanged by the doorknob. The frequency of them knocking is also at times annoying because it’s too early in the morning like around 6am.

The rooms were quite spacious , although the furniture style a bit too outdated. This was well compensated by the view on the river so that was lovely. The room is fully equipped with amenities and appliances. We chose interconnected rooms as a group of four adults and a toddler for our family trip. We were relatively close to the airport and the train station as we were transiting in Zurich so that fit perfectly in our travel plans. The hotel is just opposite to a lovely park and river stream which was nice for taking walks with my toddler. The staff was very friendly and checkin was prompt. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast, both were delicious. Highly recommended , family-friendly.

hospitality was in another level OMG - the ladies and team at the front desk .. efficient - professional yet friendly .. correction super friendly and helpful, then the dinning OMG - food is out of this world - choice between Thai or Swiss and when you encounter MOMO you will feel right at home. loved it so much - looking forward to our next stay there soon

the night manager on the day - big middle aged man - statue was already intimidating so it didn’t help that he was somewhat rude and hostile even when we were at the bar near reception. going to the cash machine near reception would be met with a Spanish Inquisition , music turned off at lounge bar before time etc - the man was basically in a foul mood - not sure why he works front of desk…

Breakfast was good - location was good as close to Bus station! A bit out of location for restaurants, Would have preferred a bath Tub for the price we paid - club room was a decent size and the view was beautiful.

Excellent location. Very close to Train station and Switzerland Tours. 7 minutes walking distance. Also very near important museum and churches. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. I really had good conversation with the staff.

The room is showing its age. Bathroom looks outdated and shower had no overhead option. The cupboards had no light and finding clothes means using your smartphone light. Installing LED strip light would be a simple solution which I find in all newer 5 star hotels. Overall the rooms need to be refurbished to actually keep the 5 star rating. The additional sofabed in the room was too narrow to sleep for my kid. The hotel should consider changing that. It's a simple solution. My next trip however, I will still choose this hotel, for the location and staff.

I like everything everyone at the facility is great, and gave us great attention. I’m Tom bar has delicious drinks not so bad with price. Snacks are also delicious. Great customer service and attention. My son has a wheelchair and I was a good accessible hotel for him. No struggles at all she was able to move everywhere with his wheelchair.

Does not apply to me. I liked everything we would definitely go back if we are ever in Zurich.
