Excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable with a sofa, bed, tv, fridge, desk, cupboards, fridge and kettle. It was cleaned and restocked every day. It’s actually a floor of apartments rather than a hotel, and the check in desk is outside and around the corner. It felt a bit shady when I first arrived but it was really safe and convenient.

It was clean enough, but under the cupboard doors and the units was very dusty. The dust transferred to anything out in the floor e.g suitcase. No luggage rack was provided.

excellent value for money in a very useful location, just next to the main station. great size room, more like a rented bedsit than a hotel room.

check in location is not where the rooms are. to access the rooms is a labyrinthine affair through the main bus station and down a small corridor and then some. other than the room there are no additional hotel facilities, but with its proximity to the shopping mall and stations you are well serviced. still, the location and cost are ample reward for a small compromise on the quirkiness of this accommodation.

Open air balcony is a good space for breakfast and relaxation. Good location, nearby a lot of F&B outlets and easy access to public transport (Airport Express, THSR, Railway, MRT, Long distance bus station).

Sofa set is not provided as shown in the photo. Service counter only available at 11am to 9pm. It is not possible for late check-in (after 9 pm) or early check-out (before 11 am) as baggage storage will not be available.

Great location. Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. Master bedroom has huge bed which sleeps 3 adults. Nice view in second bedroom.

Bathroom is too tiny. WIFI connection is super slow. No supply of any cutlery nor utensil in the kitchen other than a kettle and 4 cups. It is expected to have some supplies for simple cooking or reheating of takeaways in apartment rental.

Very convenient location above the Taipei bus station and Q Square mall, which are connected to Taipei Main Station, HSR, Airport MRT etc. Clean. Comfortable bed. Facilties in the room work. The only staff member does an energetic job, running the check-in counter and showing guests to their room.

Latest check in time is at 9.00 pm.

1. Room quality: clean, neat, big and comfort bed. Has balcony to enjoy fresh air. High ceiline. Has small kitchen. Bath room is super clean, new ad water is super strong. 2. Hotel location: very convient. Right inside taipei bus station hence you can just walk from station to hoel entry. Will not get wet if raining.

Hotel hard to find with the black door and hidden next to bus station door. Need to improve your decoration. Change the dark color to make hotel more welcome.

The properties is located in downtown area and contact with Taipei station. Therefore, you can go to anyway by easily including with travel to or from airport. Express rail way station also contact the hotel

The main entrance is hard to find. They have small counter at front then their staff will lead you to the room

I feel very comfortable staying with them. Nice view staying on the top level 16. Feel very peaceful. No much noise outside the corridor. You will not feel hungry. Food is everywhere. Just below the stay there two 7-11 shop, cafe, shopping, supermarket, bus station. Is so convenient. Will be back again.

May be can have shower and shampoo dispenser, that will b great. Other then that... all are great.

The manager took us up to our rooms and was very helpful. Our rooms were light, plenty of windows and a small balcony and a view. The bedrooms pleasantly furnished with wooden style decor, soft warm lighting, for a high rise city hotel a very good experience.
