This hotel was surprisingly good, I did not aspect much after staying in Moshi for few days. The hotel located in a very busy area, I stayed during the weekend and there are lots of night life nearby. My rooms was located it on 7th floor therefore noisy was not an issue for me and I also have a big view of Kilimanjaro!!! Room was clean, I believe it was newly refurnish. Air condition was strong and bed was comfortable. The down side was breakfast, not a lot to choose from but it was tasty and fresh.

The Hotel staff was awesome. Clean and the food was so delicious. We even got an upgrade from a standard room to an executive one! Seven Skies made my stay in Arusha! Additionally, I got a complementary cake for my birthday! I totally had an awesome time.

I strongly recommend tje place . I Had a great moment Position: In the center of the city near the central market which is worth visiting if you want to have a local immersion. Confort: Very clean and the bed was very confortable. Spacious room. The room is rather a studio with a kitchen corner and sofa . People: they were all great helpful and welcoming.

Everything! The room was large and clean. The restaurant was very good and all of the staff were fabulous!! They helped me with a difficult situation for which I am so grateful!!!

Toilet's lighting (that lamp in the toilet using a presence detector is a very bad idea as you need to make recurrents gestures for the light to remains available) and odors.

- a little bit more expensive due to conversion rate (not possible to pay in USD by card, only TZS). conversion applied by the hotel is not exactly the same as reality - a little bit of noise due to the streets

Clean and spacious rooms, amazing staff, great customer service and room service, definitely will recommend and stay here should travel to Arusha

Suggestion - better Wi-Fi, soap tray in the shower, perhaps add hair conditioner to the toiletries provided.

The location is excellent. A street away from the bus station and next to a market. The staff are excellent, very attentive and helpful. The restaurant, which is open 24/7, is very good. They serve lively food.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with cozy beds, good furniture, clean and renovated bathrooms, the best attention and customer care in Arusha with nice, talkative and helpful staff that made our stay enjoyable. Amazing breakfast and very good restaurant service too. Centrally located.

A bit strict with checkout but they keep your luggage with no extra cost

Great hotel. We really enjoyed it after 4 day safari. All is very clean and taken care of. Room is huge. High standard. We also ate dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. It was great meal.
