The breakfast buffet was adequate. The pool area was a good size and had trees surrounding for shade. The outdoor space in each room was a very nice touch. The bathrooms are very well equipped with extra amenities such as a bathrobe and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The staff on my arrival and the first morning of my stay were helpful with bookings. The location of the hotel is nice, on a less busy street yet near shops, restaurants and some tourist sites.

The music at the pool area needs to be turned down. And a different style of music would be far more relaxing.

Great location handy to a lot of temples , Wat Phra Singh is at the end of the road . A 7 11 is a short walk down the road also quite a few restaurants all around , good location to stay. Saturday walking markets not far either . Breakfast is nice has your usual eggs, ham, sausages cereals yoghurt few Thai dishes . It also has a nice pool and a seating area with lots of tress and plants around also Khoi fish. There is also a restaurant and bar onsite you can order things all day . Parking is out the front. The hotel has a lift . We had a lovely ground floor room most have balconies. Bit unusual there is a urinal in the bathroom , shower is in the bath quite a high bath not easy getting in out .

The Beds are so so hard I know Thai beds can be bad but these were dreadful. The staff were very disappointing they barely acknowledge you which is very unusual for a hotel in Thailand. Very young staff who were more interested in each other or their phone . Shower water can be hit or miss if you can get hot water there is a sign stating this.

Great hotel, everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The pool is great and private enough that you can enjoy it. Another thing that we did not expect were the amount of thought they put into the hotel toiletries, not only do they provide basics such as shampoo and shower gel but they give you a razor and a sewing kit too. We really did love this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Breakfast is not really worth it unless you eat a lot as it is a buffet. The bathrooms are also on the smaller size.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely dinner in the garden one evening listening to live music. The rooms were very comfortable and having a fab balcony was so nice to relax on in the evening or morning. Beds comfy and the bed pillows of the whole trip. Love the way the hotel is set out and openness of it. Good location for temples. So close to the Sunday walking market. Nice pool area too. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect to walk around chiang mai, temples, shops, restaurants and a lot of things around. The room was clean and nice size, 4 big pillows and comfy bed. They had body lotion in the bathroom which not many hotels provide. Very good water pressure in the shower. Room was cleaned daily. Swimming pool area is great a even though not many sunbeds I got one every day. Restaurant maybe a bit pricey but food is good.

Wifi wasn’t good. No electric plugs near the bed.

staff at the pool bar were amazing and very attentive! loved the robes in the rooms and the bathroom was amazing. room very nice! staff bought my boyfriend cake for his birthday which was a lovely touch!

staff at reception quite hasty and seems unorganised for a 4* hotel. staff in restaurant told us off for wearing robes which we were unaware of the rules! would be nice to add that info to the room information. pool area is lovely but sun beds a bit stained and dated.

The location was superb. Within a 10 minute walk we were able to visit the Sunday night market, a rooftop bar, local northern food restaurant, awesome massage spa place, gift shops, hidden gem coffee shops famous temples, and convenience stores. On days/nights that we didn't go out, the hotel restaurant was a great choice. Every meal there was excellent and we liked that the restaurant was tucked in, away from the street noise.

We have no complaints, and we'll be back!

1. The hotel is very relaxing with the courtyard and koi fish surrounding it. 2. The room was an older style but beautiful with the stain glass windows and also cleaned everyday. I enjoyed the amount of storage for my luggage. 3. The balcony was really nice to sit and watch the nature on the property. I was facing a big tree that had a cute squirrel. 4. I liked that there was a laundry on site. 40 baht per wash and 60 baht per dry. 5. The staff were very helpful whenever I had a request. They were very attentive. 6. It was in a good location near cafes, temples, and a 7/11 around the corner. It’s on a nice open road, so it’s easy for taxis to park. 7. There are bathrobes, slippers and umbrellas available in the room. 8. The elevator was very quick and useful.

1. The bathroom was a little tight but the shower was quite spacious to make up for it. 2. There was no hairdryer in the room. 3. Although there is buffet breakfast at the hotel, it didn’t have bacon.

Location, atmosphere, and value in a beautiful boutique hotel. We were very well cared for during our stay. Our boys loved the swimming pool which was right in the courtyard below our balcony. I appreciated the option for laundry as well. Our stay here was ideal. We would love to stay again. Our hotel was the perfect spot to be picked up for day excursions, or to walk to a massage (go to Calm), sightseeing or to a meal. The landscaping, stained glass and vaulted ceilings in our room were beautiful. I also appreciated the steps to be more eco friendly.

There seem to be ants everywhere in Thailand and we had to be careful to dry the floor and counters and not eat anything in the room. It felt like the norm though because we had this issue everywhere.

The garden is very nice. Was not able to see the garden from our balcony, but was able to get some sun before noon. Staff extremely helpful. Good location. Place very relaxing.

The breakfast average with not much variety. Did not get a room with a view of the garden which made the previous stay very nice. Thankfully the patio we had, we were able to get the sun before noon.
