The staff were all absolutely amazing and friendly, shout out to Raoijia, (I really hope I spelled this correctly!) she was nothing but lovely and super helpful! Thank you so much for being so hospitable. The amenities were great, free coffee, water and snacks throughout the day was such a good bonus! The location is great, it's hidden away from the busy area but close to everything too. We will definitely be coming back! 😍. I've been staying in Chiang Mai for the last 9 years and this is my new favourite Hotel 😍

-The only thing I can say is we paid to get a lot of laundry done and when I opened the bags to pack them away they were still damp so I had to air them out to stop them getting mouldy. We did hand over 13kg of laundry to be picked up the next day though so that's probably why! I imagine if we'd done a normal amount it would have been dry. -The pillows were too large so I woke up with a sore neck but the bed was extremely comfy! I just think you need some thinner pillows <3 - That I'm not there now :(

An excellent hotel. Very convenient location, where everything in the Old City is within walking distance. Very close proximity to restaurants. The staff were welcoming and very helpful- even helping me book a bus trip to Chiang Rai online. The breakfast was simple, but very good (no complaints from me). The room was very comfortable.

The only complaint would be that the WiFi was slow at times. Also, the address on Booking.com is incorrect- look at Google maps instead.

We loved our time at Nanee Old City House (now called Nanee Phra Singh -- Adults Only), which is a new, well designed, stylish boutique hotel with great service, free snacks and water any time of the day, and close proximity to restaurants, major temples, interesting shops, etc. The three major museums are also walkable. And it's quiet! Our room was super-comfortable in every way: comfy bed, efficient AC, excellent shower, great wifi and even a free-standing tub. The staff is caring and housekeeping is super-conscientious: each day the room was cleaned, towels, toiletries and bottled water replaced. And the breakfast was wonderful: self-serve with terrific variety (western and Thai). There's even a small pool running the length of the breakfast room. We hope to return to Chiang Mai one day and enjoy the pleasures of Nanee again.

Great sized room, with a large comfortable bed, that has both a bath and shower. Plenty of bottled water and free snacks throughout the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, advising things to do and what's happening locally. Good location, in a quiet lane within the old city, close to many eateries.

No chairs or lounges in pool area, but only because no area around pool to put them.

Hotel staff was super lovely and helpful, even though some of them spoke little English. The bed was extremely comfortable & the room was much bigger than expected. Location was amazing, and close to all amenities.

Breakfast variety could have been a bit better, but still quite decent for a 3 star hotel. Had a couple of geckos in our room one night, but would have them any other day over cockroaches.

Amazing location, walkable to just about everywhere in the old city (although it was crazy hot during our stay so we mostly walked at night). Very new hotel, nice clean rooms, they gave us an upgrade and our room was HUGE and comfortable. Solid breakfast as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they supported us with a couple small errands we had to take care of during our stay. Unlimited access to bottled water too! And it's in glass bottles so you know they reuse them and it's not just mountains of garbage.

AC took a while to cool down the room, but that seems typical in Thailand at this price level, in our experience.

The staff went above and beyond to improve our experience, they gave us an upgrade and even offered us to choose something different for breakfast. They also prepared early breakfast for us because we had an early flight. The room was comfortable, good blackouts, good bed, no noise at all in the room, there is a massage bathtub and a private pool on the room, both were incredible, considering the hot weather. There is free bottled water in the reception, with some other bites/coffee. Breakfast is more on the Thai side with few western options but enough for us, such as eggs, fruits, bread/croissant and etc. The location is perfect, we did everything walking and all the tours picked us up there.

The toilet is connected to the shower, which gets it a bit wet.

This little hotel is a wonder, truly. It's brand new, in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old Town, in a small alley, which makes it perfectly quiet and peaceful. No noise comes in the room at all. The staff is so-so kind, makes you feel like you are a guest in a family home. They serve breakfast, which is yummy and coffee and snacks are available all day for no extra charge. The room facilities are really spacious, pretty, the bed is comfortable and also large. I just cannot say anything negative about this hotel. One of the best ones I have ever stayed in. I keep extending my stay here, I'm on week two now. Highly recommended for everyone.

Fantastic location centrally located, very friendly and helpful staff who really went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful during our trip. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. They provide a small Continental breakfast which was totally enough for us. It's a new hotel so hopefully the staff won't lose that positive energy in the future!

Our room was very quiet overall, however the sound from the hallways can travel through the doors (nothing between room walls though!). Anyway that is rarely an issue since there are only 3-4 rooms per floor and the entire place even when fully booked is overall small and quiet.
