The decor is very chic and vintage. The rooms are big and clean. Got a small pool too with gym and work room. The staff is on the desk 24/7 so our early check out was a breeze. Staff are always polite and willing to help. And the location is very close to all the temples and facilities. The sunday market starts 1 minute walk from the hotel. hotel is next to tour store where we booked elephant and rafting tour. 24hr laundry and 7/11 1 minute walk too.

Perfect location in Chiang Mai Old Town - close to many bars and restaurants, comfortable and clean. We have stayed at this hotel twice for the convenience and we know we like it - once on second floor and the other ground floor. The first time we stayed we took an overnight bus to Chiang Mai and we got in at 5am, we headed straight to the hotel, we couldn’t check in which was expected, but the staff allowed us to relax in the computer room and still managed to give us our room 4 hours earlier than standard 2pm check in. Good price.

First stay - the bathroom could’ve done with a re-vamp as shower looked quite dirty. Second stay - on ground floor it’s noisy on a morning.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

7 is the number of times I've been to 99 Gallery, I think that says it all. The charming room, with a very good bed, tasty breakfast, อร่อยมาก There were 8 options to choose, very clean facilities and with a first-rate staff, always willing to help him if he needed, of the girls who cleaned the rooms through the staff of the restaurant and finishing with the boys and girls at the reception

Location is amazing for Chiang Mai old town and also so close to get to the airport and other sight seeing places. Loved the room, paid for one of their suites and was a great size for just me (would’ve been great for a couple also) - lots of space and the room was always super cool. The cleaning service everyday was amazing and you get bottles of water in the room each day. From my room you could see the top of the Wat Phra Singh Temple which was amazing - and totally unexpected

Convenient location in the city walls. Lovely staff, very friendly. Great rooms, cleaned daily. Comfortable beds. The gym area was adequate, 2 running machines, bike and cross trainer (The last 2 were a little tired) but free weights and a yoga mat area were a nice extra. Washing machines 40 baht, they take a large load and dryer 60 baht. There is a laundry and 7 eleven about 2 mins away

The pool are is small and just 2 sun beds. The Sun is on the pool area for about 2 hours during the day. This isn’t really a problem as nobody really is coming to Chiang Mai to sit round a pool

Great location. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Good price. Very stylish public areas and bedrooms. Good quality linen and towels. Little sitting room off bedroom. Very clean. Safe in rooms, as well as tea making facilities. Two bottles of water each day. Fridge. Both air con and fan. Pool and gym. Computers on each floor. Lift to floors. Washing machines and a drier on the premises which reasonably priced.

Pool small and in shade a lot of day, sadly. Also quite shallow at one end, so hard to do laps. Only two sun loungers. No coffee in rooms. I could hear other guests in the room above my room, which was 315, both speaking and walking around on the wooden floor.

We had a great stay in 99 The Gallery Hotel for our first couple days in Thailand. Actually we liked here the most in Thailand’s hotels we stayed. The place was clean, nice atmosphere, great and friendly stuffs. there was also a tour desk with nice tour guide that we could make tour reservations based on her recommendations. We highly recommend to stay here.

The wall was thin, so we were extra careful about the noise to not bother neighbor rooms. Though we didn’t get bothered by it, just mentioning here.

The beds squeak and the building and fixtures needs maintenance.

The place was in a nice location, great breakfast choices and even though the pool was small it was nice and refreshing during a hot day. It was easy to book a day out or taxi when needed.There were some nice restaurants around the area and easy to get across to the night market either by tuk tuk or taxi.

The restaurant was really nice, just a shame it wasn't open in the evening.
