The place, where every single detail is for the comfort of the customer. We liked everything - bamboo cottage was excellent, beautiful and super comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable we slept in Thailand, there were nice tradicional swimming suits and towel for us to use, bathroom was cosy, beautiful and comfortable, the terrace amazing. Very cyte bed decoration for our honey moon. Super nice staff, beautiful public spaces, great maasage, free fresh coconuts in the restaurant. The garden was absolutely amazing, hot spring area also, it was so nice to enjoy there in the morning and in the evening, when all the tourists were gone. It's easy to reach Esmerald Pool if You have motorbike or car, also You can order private transfer at hotel. Also we enjoyed free and excellent Yoga class and desert cooking class with very nice chef. It's a perfect place for two or free days relax straight after coming from busy working life.

Only one thing - the wifi connection in public places was rather poor, but we came not to stay in internet, so that didn't cause a problem at all. There was no wifi in bamboo cottage, but that was only an advantage for us - to spend less time with phones.

Calm and relaxing and tranquil and very unique experience staff were exceptional and very kind and accommodating. Truly authentic experience, we had the pleasure of enjoying one of their many treatments available at the spa, which was so relaxing, not to mention the FREE Thai cooking class which is held every day for visitors to get involved which was very enjoyable and we made some tasty desserts! The hot springs were amazing, we visited them a few times including later at night, which added to the special atmosphere. Many hot springs to choose from which gives plenty of space between visitors and your own privacy. Lovely grounds also to walk around and be surrounded by tranquility and nature. Lovely breakfast which was served buffet style. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it, you won’t regret it!

We stayed at the Villa and it sounds silly in hindsight however if your staying in the villa then expect some friendly company ranging from toads to lizards ,however when we notified staff they were quick to come and remove them and can’t thank them enough this did not put us off staying again . We realised later in the evening that the little visitors are quite common, we felt a little silly afterwards as would be expected when staying at a beautiful location in the deep jungle like this. This would NOT put us off from booking again it was absolutely magical.

This is a very nice place to stay. We were here for two nights, which was perfect. The hot springs on site are wonderful, and as a guest, you can use them as you wish. The food for us was very good and tasty. The staff were friendly and we felt welcome. The room was nice and it's important to remember the location is in the jungle so there will be bugs and frogs around. The massage was peaceful.

Nothing really, if I am being picky maybe some more fizzy drink options for the non alcohol drinkers, there was only sprite when we were there.

The private hot spring baths on the property were sensational! The food in the restaurant was good.

Some of The rooms smelt mouldy. The gaps between the walls and the ceiling were quite big allowing mosquitoes and BIG geckos inside. Other guest had mice or rats in their room. Need to fill the gaps so people feel comfortable. The staff did not tell us that the hot waterfall can be accessed from the property 100 meters from reception. We paid $50 for our family to visit.

Hotsprings were great not many people there.. We had a free yoga lesson which was fantastic. You can observe some interesting wildlife there like lizards and gheckos. A really good jungle hotel to be honest. The food was super nice. I want to come back here

The communication from the hotel was very poor. It was almost like they didn't expect us to come but they were fast to charge our card. And we weren't greeted with the same thai warmth and hospitality we've seen everywhere else. Made us feel like a hindrance. So the staff could work on that.

Lovely relaxing environment, beautiful hot springs and water ponds. Spacious accommodation and good food in restaurant. The best part - the lovely hotel dog. We are vets so the staff asked for advice for her skin condition. We advised that a Bravecto tablet every 3 months will sort out her skin!

Breakfast is fine but not amazing.

This property is an oasis of calm and comfort. We arrived and immediately checked out the hot springs. We did yoga the following morning followed by a delicious breakfast and a 90minute massage. The massage was exceptional. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The small number of cabins is good and there's more than enough pools for everybody to enjoy privately. They serve soft drinks at the pools and they're open 24 hours.

Shower wasn't warm at all. Very cold. But everything else made up for it.

Staff super friendly! Excellent breakfast, really, for a remote place like this, I was pleasantly surprised.

Nothing that I didn't like really. As it is remotely located, you might stop at a minimart and buy things that you know you will need.

Beautiful property with free hot springs that can be accessed 24/7 and free yoga classes. Hot waterfall is just a swim across the river.

Breakfast was very basic. It is not made super clear at the beginning everything that is available eg I only found the waterfall because I kept seeing people wander off into the forest.
