Room was nice and spacious, lovely views towards the sea, nice pool, decent breakfast, attentive staff. Good value for money.

Construction right next to our room meant we didn't enjoy the spa bath on our balcony as we'd have liked. Dryer didn't work, walking down to Kata/Katanoi beaches is not pleasant - very steep alongside a road mostly without dedicated pedestrian walkways (but in fairness this is outside of hotel's control)

To start, the staff is amazing. Anytime I had a question/request, they took care of it immediately with a smile. In addition, the hotel is stunning. Everything is superb: the rooms, the views, the setup, the amenities, and the location. The breakfast is worth it (good food and good views from the dining area). This hotel is located near Kata Beach which more family friendly than Patong Beach. The hotel has a private beach but since I didn't use it, I can't say much.

The following is not a complaint but just an FYI for future travelers. This hotel is located on a hill. While you do get amazing views (the same view you would get from Karon Viewpoint) and you are insulated from the noise on the streets, the walk down to the shops, restaurants, banks, laundromat etc. is about 10-12 minutes. And the walk up can be more considering Phuket is a humid place.

The property and pool views were gorgeous. The buffet breakfast was also amazing and very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We paid for a car transfer to and from the airport that we thought was worth it as it can take around an hour or so each way.

This hotel sits up on a steep hill which can make it somewhat difficult to walk to and from nearby restaurants and amenities. The layout of the property is also very maze-like and somewhat confusing (but the views make up for it).

This hotel is really really big, and has a lot of amenities. There are awesome views of the surrounding area and beaches, it has two pools (one on the rooftop with a bar), a restaurant on the rooftop, massage place, a gym, all the things you'd expect in a 5* hotel. The price we paid at the time was even lower than a lot of 4* hotels. Our room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a bathtub on the balcony with a beach view, which was nice, even though not as private as the pictures suggested - other people could probably see you bathing from some areas of the hotel. Breakfast were absolutely great, a lot of variety, everything was delicious. There was a good selection of both western food and thai food. You could even get a real european cheese and fresh milk, which is pretty unusual, and very expensive in Thailand normally. Overall, this hotel definitely has some flaws, but it is a great value for your money.

The location - to go to the beach and the main tourist areas, it is a steep downhill and takes around 15 minutes on foot. They do offer a ride to the beach, but only a few times per day and you have to sign up in advance. The pools were very shallow (1,2m) and pretty cold aswell. The hallway to our room had a really bad smell the whole time. The gym was very basic.

There were some problems at the room but the staff resolved them in no time. Very spacious room, great breakfast and very nice location

Unfortunately, the access to the room was difficult since we had to walk up and down a lot of stairs.

Room 1366 was perfect, the view of the room is sea view. It is also quiet which is important. the pool was perfect to swim, there is a shade which is perfect if you want to swim under shade. Breakfast was plentiful, staff did really good service. Front office made check-in and out fast. Food and beverage team made breakfast excellent. they even ask you for a coffee refill, no need to ask them. kitchen team made excellent breakfast, good selection of Asian dishes and good American breakfast. thumbs up to the online check-in process. no more paper. would totally recommend this property. The sky deck was perfect, if you want to chill, relax and enjoy the sunset. its the perfect place. good bargain for happy hours.

rooms service food is between bad and good. For a ham and cheese sandwich that cost 250THB, I know you need revenue but 2 pcs which is sliced half from a whole bread? you can do more better.

Bed, swimming pool, breakfast, quietness, and sea view are wonderful

The floor is dirty. Daily cleaning is not so satisfactory. Seems they didn't clean the floor. It is not convenient if you have kids, or use wheelchair, as it is up the hill and you have to walk through a steep road where you must watch out for speedy traffic behind you every minute. I don't understand why there is no footway for pedestrians.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The porters, receptionists, security, and cleaners. The link to the Katathani beach club on Kata Noi, with the shuttle too, was a key reason why I couldn't leave and kept extending my stay. Rooftop pool area was nice, with great views. The gym was small but kitted out pretty well. Best of all, it was hardly used by others. Breakfast was fab and such a nice spot to have it and enjoy the start of the day. Silly thing maybe, but I'm autistic and get migraines so the number of lighting options in the vogue room was brilliant.

The attention to detail with cleaning was a bit hit and miss at times. For example, cups or spoons not being replaced. Key things were always done, though. There is currently construction going on right next to the hotel (it's not them and is out of their control). This means grinding is going on for most of the day. Interferes with the experience big time, particularly at the pool or breakfast. I'm particularly fussy about things like this I must admit, though. Other people didn't appear as disgruntled. Some of the security staff were quite militant. The WiFi in my original room was nonexistent. It depends where you are on the complex. The staff happily changed me to a different room and it was perfect there.
