Such a shame this very good hotel is just let down by effective but poor room AC (very noisy, old technology - no inverter with “silent” or night mode). Worse, since there was no remote control we also had to get up regularly during the night to turn it on/off intermittently. A good nights sleep is so important for a great holiday….

The room was pretty big and comfortable, clean and had a nice view and balcony.

On your arrival they ask for a 2.000 baht "safety deposit" and basically if you do it by credit card they say you will have your money back in 45 days. So you end up giving them cash. I didn't appreciate that and would have liked to know that in advance. I don't think it's a good practice. They already have your credit card number so they should stick to that for a security deposit.

The personal touch, PR is very engaging lovely staff nice welcoming greeting and smiles every day. beach was so close very good to be so close.

Didn't like the tree blocking the view, was trimmed but needs to be removed for better view. The Similan island trip needed aqua footwear to be used on beach and in water, all shoes removed before going on boat which is a fair call but for the island needs to promote the use of those shoes for the coral on beach and in water.

hotel position is excellent. only 100 yards to beach. And 200 yards from main restaurant bar and shop area. Staff very polite and helpful.

Balcony furniture was very heavy solid hardwood and difficult to move

The warm welcome and smiles from staff were exceptional, as well as the bellboy services - we were impressed. The location and the views were incredible! Balcony was an added bonus - surprisingly large and an area we chose to hang out at, quite a bit

Even though a well-established hotel, we were put in a room that was not well maintained and was incredibly outdated. Bathroom had mould and rust in areas. The room smelt funky at times Due to the incredibly well-polished and thoughtful welcome, we expected the facilities of the room to match up with the descriptions from our booking, the outside surroundings of the hotel, as well as the services offered.

Hotel is nice in a good location and very good service. Has so many stairs and lifts so wouldn’t recommend to someone with walking difficulties, however we had a beautiful view of Kata Bay from the top of the hotel. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and good coffee. Room very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Great location and very close to beach. Good number of pools. Helpful staff.

Labyrinth like access to rooms. Quality of food for room service was average.

Pillows were dreadful and we were top floor a bit annoying getting 3 lifts and stairs in between

Proximity to the beach and convenient stores and restaurants within few minutes walking was what we wanted.
