Great location in town, friendly staff, very clean, excellent overall value.

The hotel was very central, 1 minute walk to beach. The staff at the hotel were all warm and friendly and helped me book my trip to Green Elephant Sanctuary and used hotel taxi to go to Big Buddha and the Temples during my 3 night. Both days out were great! Breakfast in morning was great, I enjoyed the freshly made pancakes… Room was big and spacious- not modern, but very good value for money. Clean and tidy, I got a great sleep each night! Balcony overlooked main road…this suited me as I am an early riser, like to watch the day start, sit and people watch or just watch the world go by for wee 20 mins. I booked a twin room, my travelling friend joined on the 3rd night of my, this was not a problem, the staff welcomed my friend to the hotel! I found the hotel had a nice peaceful vibe, no rush at front desk…there was a 7/11 shop next door to hotel, was actually open 24hrs for any thing you need! I would stay at the hotel again…I would like to say big thank you to all the staff.

Did not have tea/coffee facilities in the room - I do like a wee coffee when I wake up, just got one out of the 7/11 shop next door! No hairdryer - incase that’s important to you! Didn’t bother me, as it was hot, my hair dried very quick!

1. Location! Beach Kata is around the corner, beach Kata noi is ~15 mins away on foots, airport can be reached within 1-1.5 h, convenient for exploration of the main touristic sights. Everything necessary is located within a 2-5 min walk, like restaurants/shops/pharmacies/atm/exchange/bars/fresh fruit/salons etc 2. Lovely Staff! Made me feel like home! Attentive and caring, thank you. 🙏🏼 3. Clean! Never came across any insect. Not a single bite. The rooms are cleaned daily. 4. The rooms are large! Have good ACs that are not directed to beds, awesome! Enough of storage space as well, which is great when sharing the room with a second person and just allows not to live out of suitcase and avoid mess. 5. Elevator, books in many languages, good breakfast, tubs in the bathrooms, balconies, wifi everywhere.

1. Can be a bit noisy from the street at times. 2. No smart tv, although I consider this an advantage haha.

Grate location surrounded by good environment and many facilities e.g. bars & restaurants, cafe and park. Very close to Kata beach, only 1 min walk. Nice big room with comfort bed. The room is clean especially bathroom, and the hotel provides cleaning service daily. Stable wifi. Good breakfast. Beach towels is available. Friendly staffs with grate services

The location is a 10/10. Plenty of eateries, laundry, supermarkets, massage salons, all close by. The best part of Kata Beach is 50 metres away. Magnificent beach views from our balcony.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. But the area is overcrowded with Russians, and i felt like I was in Russia.

Location close to beach, bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable although basic, staff very accommodating. Could benefit from a refit to appeal to a broader audience.

Room furniture was dated but functional, limited bar and restaurant and no onsite laundry which would be an easy win and income generator.

Great location, near Kata Beach. A lot of restaurants near the hotel. Nice big rooms, well furnished. A lot of chairs and a balcony. Big beds. Very clean, initially and cleaned every day. Kind and helpful staff. There is a hose to wash down the sand before entering the hotel. AC works well.

The TV is old, but I really wasn't interested to watch it. Bathtub, I would prefer a shower so that I can enter easily. Bed was a bit soft for me (I'm heavy), but my friends were happy about them.

The hotel was good and standard but the staff was lovely and so welcoming 🙏. I sleep really good. The location was brilliant. It has everything you need . A.T.M ,exchange money, laundrette, taxi, local bus, 7 eleven, food drink restaurants two minutes walt to kata beach .

I have stayed in the hotel to wait late flight. Hotel is not new but it is well maintained and very clean, I could stay there for several days if I was short in funds. The hotel located between Kata and Kata Noi but it has direct connection to Kata Beach near Katamama and Sky Bar restaurants, just 2 minutes walk. The hotel provides beach towels. Staff is very attentive.

good value of money, with great location, easy access to everywhere. super clean, they did well with daily cleaning and maintenance.
