we had the queen room with jacuzzi and private balcony and it’s hands down the best room in this hotel! Also great room with the hot air balloons view (although second day the balloons flew to a direction that didn’t pass by our side). being able to just wake up in your pajamas and view the hot air balloons right from your room was magical! staff was also really nice with all types of recommendations and requests

the only problem was the shower- there’s unfortunately no way you can shower without making the entire toilet wet. but it should be easily fixable if they add some extra glass panels

This has been our best hotel experience on our year long travels which is saying quite a lot! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and always trying to accommodate. They made sure that we had enough bottled water and one of them stayed hours past his shift to fix the wifi so that I would be able to connect for a work meeting. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the sunrise/sunset point. Free luggage storage before and after check-in!

Just run the fan in the bathroom to help with humidity and dampness. It is a cave hotel, so expect ventilation to be not as good as a regular hotel. But it is 100% worth the experience, especially at this one when you consider the balance of its really good amenities!

Location, staff. This hotel has one of the best locations in town. Convince located near sunrise/sunset view point of the town (only 5 minutes of walk). It has stunning views of town, balloons and the surrounding landscape. The stuff are super kind and helpful. It also has a small parking place which sometimes is crowded but stuff managed well. It’s good to have a car in town so you can manage your trip and plan at your own pace.

The cave is damp. Not sure if other cave also damp.

The location is great to watch the balloons, no need to even leave the hotel. Location is great if you want to visit Göreme Open Air Museum. Staff was so very helpful and very kind!

The only window in the economy twin rooms opens to the common area inside the hotel, not to outside. Every now and then we could smell something weird from the bathroom water. (Keep in mind that you won't see the whole valley, if you want a specific view, check beforehand.)

The service and the staff was exceptional, we had a great time there. The terraces are very nice and you can see the balloons from there also if you don’t want to walk to the sunrise viewpoint.

The king room is very nice but also sometimes too humid if you plan to stay there during summer.

The location is very good. The view from the terrace is awesome. I liked the breakfast. The staff was also kind and helped me with everything I asked for. Everything was perfect.

Maybe the smell inside the room is a bit awkward but this is part of the experience.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is pretty good and the view on the terraces are some of the best in the city! I would recommend for a stay in Cappadocia. The staff was friendly.

We stayed on the ground level and there was almost no ventilation. It was extremely hot with no air circulation in the room and no windows or doors to the outside. They kindly gave us a fan which helped a bit, but it was still very musty. I would recommend a room not on the ground level for staying here.

The view is stunning. Especially in the Queen Room with spa bath with balcony which is the highest point of the hotel. The jacuzzi is to die for. Waking-up in the early morning is like fairytale, seeing those balloons from their balconies in different colors flickers as it ascends from the ground. Breakfast is delicious. Elma is super nice. Tea and Coffee is free all day.

We stayed in the family room. The room was basic but nice and clean. It was a new experience staying in a cave room. -Really fun but quite dark as one would expect. We were presented a very nice breakfast. The view of the hot air baloons freom the terrasses in the early mornings was stunning as was the view of Goreme from the breakfast-room. We had a lovely stay and can recommend the hotel.

The location was perfect Breakfast was good Car parking at the front We had a queen room it had a beautiful terrace and the views where amazing Clean room when asked

Would have liked a fridge in the room Rooms can be a bit stuffy as no air conditioning and smelt a bit damp at times but think that's with it being in a cave
