Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and varied a bit everyday. Very good view of the town.

The room was quiet enough, but the wooden door let in a lot of noise and there was random banging of things in the morning. The bathroom has no ventilation unless you open the window, and the shower drain smelled. The light switches were in strange locations.

We had a wonderful and amazing stay here. Thumbs up for Zaza and Maureen they have been very helpful and welcoming the moment we confirmed our booking. They were so efficient to Whats-app us on any information that we need like the activity’s details and airport shuttle arrangements. Upon arrival check in was smooth and Zaza had helped to arrange the activities we wanted during our stay. The room had floor heating. Goreme town was just a walking distance from the hotel. Even Dost (the dog) and few cats there were very welcoming =) We enjoyed our stay there and will come back to stay again! Thank you, Panoramic Cave Hotel, for making our stay a memorable ones.

Room, view, staff, spacious, has a shower caddy (such a simple thing that many hotels ignore), great Turkish breakfast. Room is well appointed. Location walking distance to central Goreme.

Bedspread and matching pillows stained and obviously dirty. One Nescafe satchel per person per day is disappointing, as is the general in-room coffee offering. For the price one would expect a better coffee (and milk) offering.

The main highlight of this hotel was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. Really excellent service and lovely friendly people. We stayed in the fairy chimney suite which was a really unique room with direct access to the hotel's terrace. The terrace has fantastic views over Goreme and plenty of comfy seating areas to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. The hotel bar also had amazing views and was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and again very helpful staff. The location is also excellent.

Although the room was lovely, it lacked a little TLC. For example, the spotlights around the edges of the floor would have provided great ambient lighting, however only around half of them were working, and the shower head in the bathroom did not fit properly in the holder and kept falling on us. Both these issues would be simple fixes and there was nothing wrong with the room itself.

We wanted to stay at a cave hotel during our visit to Cappadocia and chose to find one in Goreme. This hotel was a bit pricey but overall a reasonably-priced option for the locale. We opted for a room with a balcony. There was a fireplace but we didn't get to use that, even though it had begun to snow when we were there and the room got quite cold. The room had a round concrete bed, which turned out to be quite comfortable. We loved the daily breakfast and the team at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. There are several other hotels right next to this one and I think, facilities and services would be comparable. The hotel is located at a very steep incline, as are most other hotels, so be prepared for the climb.

The hotel was in a perfect location with stunning views also of the hot air balloons at sunrise. We really enjoyed the breakfast they offered too. Room and hotel in general was clean and well maintained.

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. However, our flight was early in the morning so we requested a sandwich (since we had breakfast included in our stay) which we get from any hotels we have previously stayed at. We were told this would be ready but in the morning we were told it had not been prepared. We left for the hotel starved and since we don’t like plane food it made our journey home very difficult as our driver who we booked with the hotel too was late so we had no time to even eat at the airport. We made it just in time for boarding.

Staff Ahmed, Emir and all the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. We got lots of help booking and rearranging balloons, atv tours, taxis etc and nothing was ever a problem. Location Great location eith beautiful views of Goreme. On a steep hill but it's short and there are restaurants and shops along the way of you cannot manage the full hill at once! Great views but cannot comment on balloon views ad they only flew 1 morning of our stay. Breakfast Food was plentiful, and they called up every morning to check if we were coming down to eat before they closed up! They do not serve lunch or dinner, but there is a bar, and the staff are always happy to give you a glass of local wine! Room We had a cave suite with a bath and the room was lovely and big with a bath and shower and a window looking out over the town. Housekeeping was great and therewas a fire for colder months at an additional charge Cannot comment on the spa as we didn't use it but nice to have the facility there

Panoramic Cave was a great hotel with an awesome staff! Thanks, Asya and everyone who helped us in our time there. Breakfast is very good with eggs done fresh on demand. The hotel is located on a short walk uphill of Göreme center. It has a great view of the city in the night and also of the balloons when they fly in the morning. The staff is awesome and helped us book tours, get around the city, light fireplaces and so on. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice, hassle-free and relaxing stay in Kapadokya

EVERYTHING, starting from the location to the warm welcome at the reception, the room, the view from the room, comfort, friendly and helpful staff- the overall experience was super awesome! Its a family owned business and all the members we met Esmet, Asya, Ahmed and the simple helpful lady cooking and serving breakfast - all were amazing human beings. Asya, the young bubbly lady, helped us organizing the tours, the baloon flights , provided necessary information and even danced at Indian music with us :).

There was NOTHING that was NOT good:) It would be worth considering to serve food (lunch and dinner/snacks ) in the hotel

Everything , from the room to the view to the amazing hospitality given by the staff. I could not stress enough how amazing this hotel is and how easy the staff had made our journey . They were more hotel employees . They helped us with booking activities at discounted rates and were available 24 hours . We stayed in room 203 and it was exactly how the pictures portrayed. Beautiful and majestic . Thank you to the amazing staff! Me and Damla have promised each other we will come back in a few years so we will see you then!!!
