The hotel is very cozy looking. The location is amazing but you will have to walk up a steep slope to reach the hotel unless you have a transport. The view in the morning at around 6-8am you will be able to see many hot air balloons in the sky. There is a spot where you can sit & enjoy the nature as well. Hotel room is clean, well prepared with working appliances. Breakfast is also delicious, a variety of choices.

Fantastic location…5 mins downhill is the main shopping and dining road. What is best is that it is only 10 mins walk uphill from the hotel to a viewing point for morning sunrise and viewing the launch of hot air balloons..what a view..even if you don’t want to walk uphill, you can still views the hot air balloons from the terraces of the hotel every morning…no need to pay $$. The staffs are all very friendly especially Mustafa who manned the front desk..Highly recommended..

Thank you to Murad and Ali for making our stay super comfortable! Murad got us a better rate for the hot air balloon ride and catered a special change to one of the fixed tours because I wanted to visit the Goreme Open Air Museum which was not part of that particular tour. Breakfast was delicious, and quite a nice spread. I like the rooftop terrace too where we could chill and enjoy the view. I'd recommend this hotel for a lovely stay at Cappadocia!

The air-cond was not functioning well when we were there. But I'm sure they would have gotten it fixed by now.

Well situated hotel which is central to everything in Goreme. Our room was traditional, basic, with a decent shower room. Complementary kettle, tea/coffee and toiletries provided. The best thing at this hotel is the breakfast (what a spread), follower closely by the fantastic small team off staff who go out of their way to please.

We are not the sort of people who expect our room to be serviced daily and we told the staff that. We were there for 6 nights. On day 4 I asked for the room to be serviced. Towels and complimentary water replenished, but the bed linen wasn't changed and the bathroom wasn't cleaned / spruced up. I didn't complain but it was a bit disappointing.

Mr.Ali and Mr.Salih are very kind, special Ali, he guided us all travel spots including the distance and direction for spots each other, meanwhile for balloons information, because of bad weather for two days before our arrival, he also gave us some suggestions although failing getting flights during our three nights. Salih helped us to take our heavy luggage to our room because of our very weary arrival of 23:00 and handling cleaning rubbish barges next day because of some missing housekeeping. The variety of breakfast is praised. The position is very good and thus we can see the fights of balloons on the roof,which gave us very good impression .

Guzide was definitely the best pick for us at Goreme. Hustled so nicely away from the busy streets, but still easy enough to take a walk to the busy areas. It’s a very cozy, pretty property with some yummy breakfast. We spent a lot of time with some new born kittens there who had taken abode near our room. Huge thanks to Ali and team who were so sweet and helped us so much during our stay - from getting us a car last minute on our last day, letting us chill in the property till late evening after check out, offering us tea and coffee always, booking a hot air balloon experience at a much more affordable price, arrange n a much more affordable drop to the bus station and so much more. You can clearly see they do this with utmost sincerity and passion for their guests. Can’t wait to come back here! 😊

The location is perfect for discovering the wonderful landscapes and historical sights of Cappadocia. 5 minutes hike and you are on the top of the hill from where you can see the most spectacular sunset and sunrise. Murat and his staff are very professional and friendly which will make your stay so great. Also if you didn't have time to do a lot of research beforehand, no need to worry. Murat will arrange everything for you: most important tours of the area (we did red tour and blue tour and they were both great), Turkish traditional night with dinner and dances, horse ride, hammam spa you name it. We really recommend the Turkish night. Murat was so kind and drove us till the location and he also mentioned about my birthday to the organisers of the show :) therefore I got to have a cake on my birthday which I really didn't expect. The room in which we stayed is not actually inside a cave but still looks like one. It has a nice wooden ceiling and stoned walls which we found really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and plenty with diffrent pastries, fruits, cheese varieties. The ladies from the kitchen will prepare you the most delicious omelette or fried eggs. We didn't had the chance to do the baloon ride this time since 2 mornings in a row it was cancelled due to bad weather comditions. But we didn't take it so tragically. It is a good excuse to come back someday :) . Cappadocia is not only about the baloon ride, but a lot more than this:history, culture and beautiful people. All in all it was a great experience that we will never forget.

I love everything about this property. the location, the room, cleanliness, breakfast, the staff and the owner is super friendly and accomodative. you can also view hot airballoons from the belcony.

nothing that i didn’t like.

A very nice small hotel, very well positioned on one path to the sunset point (a few minutes walk away). We counted 8-9 rooms in total. It's hard to find something better for the price. There are restaurants nearby, but it's also quiet at night. The rooms are on the larger side, the bathrooms aswell. Clean and comfortable. The large AC was very efficient. The breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh, tasty and varied enough to fit anyone's wishes. Kudos to the lady preparing the breakfast. The view from the multiple terraces is very good. You can't go wrong by booking this hotel.

Maybe a bit of maintenance in the bathroom and better ventilation.

Very nice hosts: waited for our arrival, were always happy to help, provided a lot of information about sightseens, helped to book horseriding tour. The hotel is not very new; but comfortable: end of March were cold outside, but great heating system in the room were very helpful. All the necessary ammendities are there, breakfast is simple but also good. Nice view on the flying baloons in the morning from the roof.
