Rooms are so clean and so many spaces, centre of everything, close to shops , transport and restaurants and so many attractions . Breakfast was really nice .

We loved the location, it's very close to everything,the sea view is outstanding.The staff was amazing especially Zafer ,Mustafa and Yonis ,they were so helpful and polite.

There was an issue with cleaning, it is poor there .The first two nights the room was clean,but the last four days it was bad , the bathroom and room floor were not clean. Another thing regarding breakfast,it wasn't rich , they should add more things.Also if they are out of scrambled eggs they don't make another eggs so you have to go early in order to find what you want to eat.

Location is perfect. The area is very lively right next to a tram station and a lot of stores, cafés, and restaurants. The space is nice especially for a family and the suites have a great view on the sea.

Cleanliness can be a little better. I stayed two times. The second time the rooms had a bad smell at first might be due to poor plumbing or something but it went a way after 15 minutes.

one of the stuff members ( Mostafa ) very rude, very un respectiful ,un professional , doesn’t know how to deal with customers. The left stop working 4 times during our stays for half an hour.

Everything was great, especially the staff, the people at the reception are extraordinary people, score 10 for Erdinç and Mustafa, but also for the rest of the staff, they helped us with all the information we needed and we will definitely come back to this hotel!!!

Anwar ,he is the guy who took our bags to the room, he was very rude and made us pay for him to transport our bags.The breakfast was weak.

Location was perfect close to everywhere and was very clean and the staff was very good. Specially Mr Zafar he look after us a lot. for sure I’m going to come back again
