Location is very close to main attractions , few mins walk to Sultan Ahmet and Aya Sofia. Tram station is few mins walk. Staff are nice and friendly. View from Restaurant is amazing.

I stayed for few days in Marmara room top floor with balcony and sea view. View was great however there are few points to mention: The mattress was very firm not to everyone’s likings and also the bed was bit short I had to sleep diagonally. Also there is no barrier between balcony so guests can’t have full privacy and there is not roof so if it rains it will not be able to use. Breakfast could have be better, would suggest coffee machine and varieties of juices. Quality of food was ok but some items need better quality.

Location was Good. Breakfast was enjoyable with Bilal and his team. Though the Original Room I booked was unavailable due to repairs the Manager was very accommodating to see that we had a comfortable stay. I wish they had informed me earlier though. Room views were great and clean. The hotel is very well connected with most of the Tourist spots close by. I would request the Management to refrain from giving paper cups for drinking water and having tea or coffee. This does not befit a hotel of your stature. Overall a good experience with good amenities and friendly staff.

You won’t find a better location if you’re in for the historical part of your trip to Istanbul!! “A” category sightseeing is only a walking distance away right in the middle of this beautiful city! The hotel itself was definitely what it promised to be! Huge rooms, enormous beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, fantastic view from your breakfast table! It even has its own little hamam, if you don’t want to go outside the hotel to visit one! But the best aspect of the Innova Hotel I’d say was the personnel!! Very friendly, polite, caring, they answer your questions before you ask them. They help you organise your trip the best possible way! Ilker, you made our stay very pleasant and unforgettable! Thank you and all your colleagues!! ☺️

Great location and very responsive staff, everyone was always ready to help. Spacios, nice and clean rooms. My mom was staying in another room and got free upgrade to a room with a view to the sea. I'd probably choose this hotel again if I'll ever visit Istanbul again.

the location was really good. the room itself was nice and stylish. balcony to my room had a splendid view.

well…there was some technical work being done to the lift just in front of my door. so as from 9am there was banging and noise. I asked at reception and I was told this would continue for weeks. I think I could have been warned before staying here, or at least they could have started later. This ruined my stay to be honest, shame as the room was lovely. Oh, and the bathroom just needs maintenance as the ceiling was peeling off.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lovely gentelmen at the reseption got me the room with great view and taught me some tips if people approached me and tried to sell things to me. He suggested to say thank you and keep going. He also booked me a lovely tour around Istanbul. Thank you so much for everything. Room was big with small balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good, fresh and had big variety of choices. Hotel has a rooftop restaurant, I enjoyed sunset dinner from there with 180 degrees stunning views. Food was fresh.

I could not have balcony open and air conditioning at the same time. It would stop. I had to call reception each time to restart it. Not a big thing just a bit inconvenient.

The location is just perfect! The staff is very friendly, special thank you to the breakfast staff! Our room was quiet and beautiful. A good choose for its price!

The service provided by all of the staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team who looked after us so well during our stay. The sea view from our Balcony was amazing. Book a room on Floor 5 if you can - you will not be disappointed!

Nothing within the hotel's control but the traffic congestion in the Old Town area was pretty bad and this can add time to any taxi journey you decide to take from the Hotel. This only really impacted on our airport journey and a pick up for a boat trip. As the hotel is so well located it is easy to get to most places on foot and this also means you get to see everything going on around you which can only help you to really enjoy this amazing city and lovely people..

This hotel was truly wonderful for us on every level. We have no complaints and just can’t wait to be here again next summer! This hotel is an absolute gem, central to the sights, beautiful, clean and with an exceptional staff.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice with the most amazing view Some great restaurants just minutes walking away from the hotel. Staff on Reception were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel
