This is a small hotel but it is very welcoming. Great location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, professional, they remember you by your name, and they pay attention to details. I forgot my curling iron and they found it while I was still waiting for a transfer, which I deeply appreciate. They can arrange a tour, transfer, restaurant reservation if needed. They communicate via What’s Up and very responsive. Regarding a property, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The sheets/towels are clean, the shower room is small but the water pressure is good. The breakfast is good. There is a small elevator there but I was using the stairs. The air conditioner works good. Overall, if you are on a budget, this is a pleasant hotel to stay.

The Manager Recep and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Recep made calls on our behalf to arrange visits we wanted to make. I wanted to see the film set of Turkish TV Series Drills Ertugrul at Riva and somehow he reached the Series Director who took us around the set for two hours at no charge. We had lots of complimentary Turkish tea and coffee with the staff every time we went to reception. Recep made contact several times each day by Watsapp to check that we were OK and not having problems with language anywhere. The breakfast was huge with lots of choice and the lovely Chef made omelets especially to our taste whenever we came to breakfast. The driver, Emmy, that Recep arranged for us whenever we needed one for some towns we wished to visit, always gave us a very good price. His luxury Mercedes Limousine was so comfortable. Regularly after we returned home from a trip there would be a tap on the door and a tray of tea or coffee and some baklava would be presented....such service. The location is excellent as we were only a short walk from the Hagia Sofia, Roman Underground Water Systerns and the Blue Mosque. Recep also got us the best table for the Cabaret on the Dinner Cruise on the Bosforus, all the acts looking and dancing straight towards us. Magic. We cannot speak more highly of Recep and his staff and we hope to be back in September next year when it is WARMER!!!!!!

We had been in India for two weeks and the temperature was 34 degrees. On arrival in Istanbul it was 10 degrees and Bloody Cold!!!!!!

It took me few months to write this review coz i cant find enough good words on how satisfied I am with my experience. This is my 2nd time in this hotel (the 1st was back in 2015). For me the most amazing experience on this hotel was the warmth and the dedication of the staff towards giving you the best experience you will ever had in Istanbul. I've been to hotels all over the world but none can be compared to their dedication and warmth that make you feel welcomed eventhough you are thousand miles away from your home. Just ask for help and they will surely do more to help you. I just wish all the best to Sirkeci Park Hotel's staff in their life and only Allah can repay you to all the good deeds you have done to my family when i was there. Big thanks to especially Mr Recep (hope i remember the name correctly) for having me and make the stay a truly memorable one. The hotel was very near to the Gulhane tram station and within walking distance to all major tourist attraction in Istanbul making it a good choice for any travellers like me. Food and shops was abundant around the hotel, and you will be spoilt for choices. Other than that,surely there are minor defects here and there on the hotel but it was too minor compared to the whole experience.. Thank you Sirkeci Park Hotel and hopefully we will see each other again. Hopefully soon.😁

The only thing i dont like is, i cant give them 6 or 7 stars. bcoz 5 stars are just not enough .

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. The sheets were changed daily. It offers variety of breakfast with Turkish flavors. The elevator is small and can fit only 3 persons, which isn't bad considering the wonderful central location of Sirkeci Hotel. It's easy to reach major tourist attractions on foot. Enjoyed the quiet stay in Sirkeci.

The only disadvantage was that the sink is too small.

Property is located in the eye of the most important places. It is close to everything within walking distance. The room we have was very clean and cute. Room service was top notch. Lady that cleaned our room always checked in with us for our needs! The staff is amazing. We are extremely happy with this hotel, staff, and the rooms. We are planning on coming back!!

There is nothing not to like!

The location is indeed excellent, close to the main attractions, tram station and all you might need during your stay. Staff was very nice and accommodating every need. The room on the 6th floor was cute, reasonably large and with a great sea view.

I initially didn't like the room I was assigned but the staff arranged a different one available that was great.

near to all tourists place, restaurant and public transport. u don’t need to worries about the anything if u stay here.. all staff is very helpful. especially receptionist’s. they will give u map, mobile internet ( but u need to pay )

transport shuttle to airport, if u don’t want to rush, better book ur transport 6-5 hours early, from Sri keci to airport actually will take about 20-30 minutes but because of heavy traffic at Sirkeci better go early.

The staff were efficient and went far beyond what we expected. Recep, the Manager, made bookings for us, took us out for coffee and made firm friends with us Absolutely Magic Breakfast. More cheeses than we knew existed. Would go back to Sirkeci Park Hotel in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days, the staff was very welcoming, we got free coffee from the reception multiple times. They helped us with the directions of some of places. Would recommend and would come back.

Great location, warm room, clean sheets and towels (changed even for short stay).Very nice view from room window on 6th floor. Friendly staff, especially Ceyhun ER. Ovetall the hotel was good value for the room rate offered.

Practically no chance to park infront of the hotel, but that's the usual situation in that city area.
