This little hotel is such a hidden gem I am almost reluctant to actually review it as I want to be able to book it in the future. This tiny (26 rooms I think) is a remodeled old Ottoman mansion. It does have a tiny elevator and a fairly tight staircase (I hit my head once on the low ceiling) but has so much going for it. First off the staff was consistently excellent. Gave us a rundown of the area and we were off to our room. The room, we had booked a "deluxe balcony room" was small but serviceable and well appointed. The bathroom was well done in marble was behind a large frosted glass wall. The bed was comfortable. and the balcony with two chairs and a table was spectacular. We could look directly at the Hagia Sofia in all its glory. It is in easy walking distance of everything in Sultanament and there is even a tram station close by. In addition its prices were in line with just about everything else in the area. We will 100% book this hotel again

Almost everything. Room 41 faces the entrance to Haiga Sophia. Perfect ! Room spacious & clean. Staff were all helpful & cheerful. Location was priceless.

Hotel needs to fix the smell from bathroom now...its unpleasant

Amazong location by the Hagia Sofia. We had tours early in the morning. The hotel was willing to give us a full breakfast both days, earlier than the normal breakfast hours. They were very accommadating and willing to go out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Very kind staff, clean hotel, and overall good experience.

I reserved a room with a couch sofa, for my son. We only got a full bed. The hotel was able to provide us a roll away bed when the error was identified. Minor inconvienance that was quickly rectified by the hotel.

I got to know this hotel from a friend. I had transfer booked elsewhere and the hotel went to pick us up and send us off from and to the car. (it's a little walk to where cars can access to the area) Location is super good, I can admire the Haggia Sophia from my balcony (room 41, smaller balcony but facing to Haggia). Hotel staffs are super nice,, help me to decorate my parents room with some birthday decorations. The room is good in size, wifi a little slow but bearable. Breakfast last for long, close at 11am, but I am sure you get to be served something even if you are late. There is a set of traditional Turkish cold dishes and hot eggs made to order the way you like. Complimentary Afternoon tea in the afternoon - cakes and tea/coffee

Air conditioning was making a little noise, I chose not to bother to mention it. I am sure they could have done something if I mentioned to the hotel staff at the time of my stay.

The rooms, the ambience, the furnishings,the decor, the staff are exceptional always very attentive, helpful & smiling from the chambermaids right up to the management they always made you feel very welcome . The little extra touches also made a huge difference to the overall experience like the box of turkish delights, water in the room and a lovely complimentary afternoon tea with delicious cakes etc. It was my husbands birthday during our stay and the room had been decorated with roses, a bowl of fruits and the most delicious cake ( which I ate the most of hahaha) do not hesitate with choosing this hotel as you will not be disappointed and on the extra plus side the location is perfect for visiting the famous sites and close to the tram stops etc

The location was perfect. The staff were always available and friendly without being intrusive. We loved the breakfast and the cake and coffee hour in the afternoon was a lovely surprise. It was our anniversary and the hotel gifted us a fruit plate, Turkish delight and rose petals on our bed. So kind.

The lift was out of order for two days however the staff carried our bags up and were very apologetic. It was fixed for the final night of our stay. Game changer as we were on the top floor

Hotel is in an amazing location. Very clean. Staff all fantastic and very helpful when we had issues - especially Bilal, Sedat and Sinan. Breakfast was basic, but very tasty.

I recently stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel in Istanbul with the family, and I can honestly say that I absolutely fell in love with this place! The hotel's location was unbeatable - everything was within walking distance, from the beautiful landmarks to the best dining spots in the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat, and made sure we felt right at home. The breakfast was super good and offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I especially loved the traditional Turkish dishes that were offered - they were absolutely delicious! And finally, the rooms were very well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was soft and inviting, and the room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Istanbul. It has everything you could wish for - great location, friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. I can't wait to come back!

We liked everything about this stay. The location is literally a couple of meters away from Hagia Sophia. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They were the greatest we ever met in a hotel. Thank you for being so amazing! You make the experience worth a thousand points. Amazing breakfast! We really liked the breakfast, where you get to taste a lot of goodies. You have a fixed menu, and then you get to select from some types of egg dishes and other specialities in addition to the fixed menu. I really appreciated that they even got vegan milk for the coffee:) The bed linen is luxurious and soooo comfortable. It really gives a nice feeling.

The rooms need some upgrades, especially in the bathroom. The luxurious experience might not be fully reflected in the details as well and that is too bad honestly. The parking is located 100 meters away, and in order to leave your car there, you must leave the car keys to the parking guy so he can park your car and move it according to the parking needs..

Unbeatable position at the very heart of the old town centre, literally a few yards from the Hagia Sophia. Everything you need in a hotel including a comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water and high water pressure. Breakfast included and in a pleasant private courtyard. All staff exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. Room cleaned every day, though we never even saw the cleaners. Excellent value - i don't see how any other hotel could have been better for us, but many are more expensive and I have often paid more for less in other countries.

For completeness, I will include one minor thing, which is that the room window did not shut securely - but the truth is that this was so trivial that I never actually remembered to mention it to staff at the time. I have no material criticism of the hotel or staff on any grounds at all.
