Location is excellent! Don't need to take breakfast, there are a lot of restaurants around. Room was large enough. We'll stay there again! 🥰

There was no liquid soup, hair conditioner or toothpaste in the bathroom and we were 3 persons but there were only 2 cups in the room. I think you can improve these details. 😉

Located in nice old style street with a direct view to galata towers from the entrance. Has a lovely cafe in the ground floor with amazing bakery/desserts option. Stuff are super helpful and kind. An amazing Italian restaurant is just one minutes away from the hotel.

If you have a toddler and planning to use a stroller- this area is not for you, road is made from small stones and makes stroller almost impossible to pass around. I would add few better quality pillows to each room. Sometimes taxi doesn’t want to go directly to the hotel and let us walk few minutes uphill atnight with a luggage saying he can’t enter this tiny street although some other taxis accepted to go uphill.

Location if this hotel is perfect.You can enjoy various coffeshops and restaurants including hotel+ Istiklal avenue.Hotel is full of young people and cats which we liked. We had option with breakfast and they would bring it from other place all nice and fresh. Cleaning is on your request.Since there was street works they provided us SIM with Internet. Usually by night it is quiet to sleep. I would recommend to sit at the table and just have a coffee or drink. You are close to ferry, tramway but remember hotel is higher on the hill-if we were tired we used Tunnel.All on all value formoney it is charming place and I would come back.

Great location with spacious comfortable rooms. Love the surroundings and the fact that you could walk to Istikhlal Street in just 5 minutes and Galata Tower in two minutes. Don't be afraid of the long walk uphill as there is a short tram ride available from Karakoy tram stop that takes you to the top of the hill(Istikhlal) so you can just walk down to the hotel. Many cute coffee shops around and the Hotels own coffee shop, Freddo also serves great flat whites and iced caramel lattes. Reception staff were all great but especially Furqan that checked us in, was super-efficient and helpful during our entire stay. He was always so helpful and when we called the front desk he would be at our hotel room in 30 seconds. The Spa Bath room is great for 3 guests but even the family rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Would definetely recommend this hotel for families as many other hotels have very tiny rooms and here you never feel that the rooms are cluttered. Great value for money

Hotel Review: Good Space Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite positive. The hotel provided a decent amount of space, although the wardrobe was not sufficient for three people. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the old alley with cobblestones. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it offered a great view of the Galata Tower. In fact, many people seemed to visit the area solely for photo shoots at that viewpoint. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket and most historical sites. One staff member, Furkan, stood out for his exceptional service. He was friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of good recommendations during our stay.

The minor inconvenience with the safety box, there was no safety box in the room.

Excellent location near Galata tower, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Nearby is Şişhane metro station for those who want to visit Zorlu Center or Istinye Park shopping malls. Famous Istiklal Street and the historical Tünel underground funicular line are just around the corner. Not to mention Galata tower itself, definitely climb it for Istanbul panoramas, especially at sunset and after. If you would like to go to Sultanahmet, ride from nearby Karaköy tramvay station. Everything is really close. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, the rooms are clean, and I highly recommend rooms with the balcony. But the best part of our stay was the staff—helpful and polite. All our problems were quickly resolved, not that we had many to begin with. There's also a cafeteria on the first floor.

location is good near everything in galata and 10 mins walk to istiklal street khayal is really helpful and nice guy want to help and support whenever is needed

i asked them to bring a taxi and the taxi driver was very bad and want to have extra money my advice you have to tell the driver himself that you will pay the meter usage not bulk amount

I loved the people working there. They treated me like a family from day 1. They helped me with travel arrangements, daily tours. Suggested places to eat arranged transportation and were very accommodating. I liked it so much I extended my stay and will come back after the tours they set up for me. It’s small and comfortable very close to antique shops, restaurants and walking distance to Galata Tower.

the location was the best , few steps from Galatea tower and restaurants, taksim was also walking distance. the hotel staff were beyond exceptional, the did their level best to accommodate our requests and went beyond and above to ensure we are having a pleasant experience… the road leading to the hotel was closed during our stay and they assisted us with the luggage as the car couldn’t drop us in the hotel door. I would give 7 stars to the services provided by all the staff … thank you once again for everything.

we took connecting room out of which one didn’t have a window which wasn’t convenient for us.
