Professional staff. Clean hotel and rooms. There is a mini market in the lobby open 24 hour for snacks and necessary stuff you might need.

Parking is a bit tight, but that is not a big issue. Room cleaning came after 4pm. Tha was surprising as I left the hotel in the morning and came back to find the room as is.

What an amazing place. Upon arrival quite late at night we were greeted by the most friendliest faces. This made us all so welcome. There was a small snag with our bed, and we were moved to another more comfortable room the next day. Everyone kept on respectfully asking us if we needed anything and really made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again. We hightly recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all

Everything was amazing!! We were at the 5th Floor with a sea view. Very quiet and beautiful room. The staff is amazing, from the reception everyone was very kind . The housekeeper on our floor was also very kind and extremely helpful when we needed something. We are very thankful to that lady. And about the food-amazing chef 👩‍🍳 We ate both at the restaurant and we ordered room service. The food was extremely, extremely delicious. I wish I can cook that delicious 😀 I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and will be back again, when I go to Izmir again. Everything was amazing!!! 👏 👏 Keep the great work!! It isn't connected to the hotel itself. We were seeing the great sea view,but it would be great, if there was a way to reach it by feet and walk through it. Something like a tunnel, to reach the other side of the road. Anyway, everything with the hotel itself was more than perfect 👌 👍

The brand.

1.) Some of the toiletries will only be provided upon request. 2.) I called the reception to request for something several times. They told me that they will call me back but no call back. 3.) Room service hotline number is not answering most of the times. 4.) I called the restaurant to deliver some foods to my room but instead told me to tell the room service.

Room kept very clean. A good variety for breakfast. The hotel has also got easy access to public transport i.e. taxis and train station across the road.

Reception area too small and at times gets congested when large groups of people are either checking in or out. This tends to block hotel entrance and also the way to and from the restaurant. Nevertheless this is is only occasional.

Very nicely maneged room with all necessary equipments for business. Bed quality, wifi, iron set, in room tea, hair dryer, amenities, all good. Even breakfast is quite good. Excellant for price.

No bathtub. Near to Tepekul conference hall, but nothing else around. 30 min fron airport by taxi which you will have to pay cash no credit card.

Staff were prompt and friendly, clean rooms and hotel facilities, location was good, view was nice.

Parking was a little limited, especially when they had business meetings, breakfast by comparison to other places was smaller with less variety. The room was a little small compared to other places we stayed at.

The balcony , and breakfast , the staff were very professional and helpful. Specially bell boys all of them were very polite and helpful . I like to stay again when i am in Izmir

Didn’t have enough parking spaces

king room was spacious. Staff were friendly. very good cover protocols. breakfast was good. I just didn't like that the staff dished your food.

We arranged a pcr test to be done at hotel on our last day and it was a scam as they claimed my husband was positive and harassed us all the time, we informed them we will test again at airport which we did and he was negative like we suspected. Hilton Izmir must check on companies who scam guests for pcr tests.

Location, metro station right outside the hotel for easy commute to downtown or any where , easy access to hwy if you are planning to drive for day trips, parking assistance available all time

Nothing ....but if you are looking for any shops /stores/restaurant at walking distance nothing is there but metro is available to take you anywhere ..
