The staff was great. From baggage to house keeping. The grounds looking amazing 👏

Wasn't able to visit some family rms because of my 16yr son couldn't fo to a couple restaurants because of 16yr old son.. but he's cost for staying was adult price. Help me understand that one

the location was great

the sound system in the theater was terrible. super loud and painful to the ears. we went two nights. the first we left right away. the second we brought ear plugs and it was not nice either. also the alcoholic drinks seemed to be water down at every bar. the toilets were terrible. I am not sure who thought to design the toilets in a square fashion and so high of the ground. but for women it is terrible. I felt like I was on a plank swing about to fall off. one last thing. the pricing for sunblock or anything like that was seriously criminal in the price. $37-45 +- was shocking and sadly the employees seemed ashamed in the pricing as a result of our reaction! I don’t blame them

The food selection was good.

There was too much pork and not enough turkey and chicken. In some cases the food was not cooked thoroughly so I could not eat it for fear of getting sick. They sometimes ran out of food. My biggest complaint was the food was served COLD.

The room we had (swim up room in elegance club)was great. The staff were amazing and special mention to Victor, Santa and Luis who all made it a very special holiday. The food generally in the steak restaurant and the 9 doors was exceptional while the other buffet style restaurants were acceptable and never short of choice.

The Italian restaurant onsite provided poor service and poor food on the 2 occasions we used it and was the only negative

The pools and beach were wonderful. We enjoyed the variety of food and drink choices.

Our original room #1147 had a horrible, strong overwhelming mildew smell. There was visible mold in the bathroom and in several other areas. The bedding and towels were damp from the humidity. The air conditioning in the room was running on a sensor and only ran when there were people inside the room. We requested another room and were moved to #2345 the next morning. The second room was excellent, 100% difference from the first room. I would not return to this resort again unless I could confirm a 3rd floor, pool view room with working air conditioning.

Property was gorgeous. Large, spacious, well kept. Our rooms (we booked a total of 4) were all lovely and very comfortable.

While there were several choices for cuisine, overall the food was adequate/good. Not excellent. There was plenty of food available. It just wasn't as flavorful as it could have been.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well-manicured and taken care of and it’s obvious the staff does a great job taking care of the resort. My husband and I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed ourselves! It was the perfect, relaxing vacation we were looking for. We stayed in the Adults Only Elegance Club which I think was totally worth it. You have access to several private pools, private lounges with snacks, a private butler (shout out to Arling- he was fantastic!), and many other perks. So if you are going for an anniversary or honeymoon, definitely do the Elegance Club. All of the pools were amazing, it was hard getting out of the water at the end of the day! There were lots of quiet alcoves and shady areas to float around and enjoy the day. Oh! And here’s a tip - keep your eye out for abandoned floaties! People buy them and then just leave them! We adopted two floats for the week and enjoyed floating around the pools with them and then left them for the next family to use! I think this is a great unofficial system. We enjoyed the drinks and the food (our favorites were the Italian and Japanese restaurants but we really liked the buffet as well) and overall had a wonderful time. I feel like people will always find something to complain about, but the value in this resort and the relaxing atmosphere made this a fantastic experience for us. It’s vacation! Just roll with it!

The ONLY thing I can complain about is that all the speciality restaurants were so hot inside! I can’t explain why, I just always felt so hot. Like sweat dripping down my face and legs. But the food was good so I can let it go.

The staff was very nice.

We booked 2 queen beds and they gave us a king and brought a twin in. The person that brought our luggage to our room said he would be back with a bottle of wine. We never recieved one. We also did not get our room stocked with beverages. We would call and they said they would bring some and never showed up.

Great room sizes, all come with a Jacuzzi and large 4 poster bed. The facilities are endless and there’s stuff for everyone. The staff are always happy to help and give a “Hola” every time they see you. Drinks are served all day and the alcohol used is always premium and good quality. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the cocktails were. Special mention goes to Arling, our butler who made the trip so special. He would always do so much for us and always had a smile on his face at all times. He always came and asked about our day and would have a chat about his family and dog! The entertainment each night is great too, they have a theatre which has a show every day, so it gives you something to look forward to after dinner.

Buffets could have covered food, quality of the food was good for a resort this size.

Food, Restaurants, All Inclusive Formula, the beach and the waiters that were all kind.

Only 2 services (the upgrade of the room and the Romantic Dinner) of all included in the Honey Moon Package has been done. The customer service office wasn't able to provide the right info to obtain all the things included in the Honey Moon Package claiming that we should ask instead to wait their services. The casinò is not big and with lights not in line with standard casinò.
