After driving 12 plus hours to attend a surprise party and spending 3 nights in a very small bed at a relatives home, we decided to leave a day early as we both had backaches and needed sleep. We wanted to find a hotel for good nights sleep on the way back home. When we found this hotel had a jacuzzi tub in a room with a king size bed and it was right off the I-75 exit, we couldn't book it fast enough! It was one of the best days of our trip, we had the BEST soak, then dinner (and the best margueritas), then an amazing solid night of good sleep no noise or light disturbed and the bed was more than comfortable!!!

We could have saved $$ if we had booked directly with the hotel. We used booking.com - now you know!!

honestly the higher rating was mainly because the overnight front desk staff named Bob made such a good impression on me when I was in a moment of stress and tiredness with my baby. He was very friendly and helpful and made me smile and felt valued when I needed it in that moment most. pool was convenient, free breakfast , gym ( didn’t get to use but nice to have), location was decent for what I needed it for, restaurant connected was awesome and so dang yummy , and quick check in and comfortable bed, quiet.

carpets were kind of gross and outdated , and some areas around the place needed some TLC or upkeep or just I don’t know.. more to it. aka the area by the stairs and hallway to the gym area. Felt very minimal and not much into it. I don’t mean it needs to be like some 5 star resort decor but it was just kind of dingy around.

I like the facility very nice and clean the staff were very respectful and professional when I did talk to them. The view was pretty decent where the pool and hot tub was.

The only thing I can say didn't care for was that our mattress was extremely firm I like a softer mattress. Some of the fixtures in our room were not completely finished for ex the water sprinkler was just coming through a hole. And I think the AC could be a little better. But these things to me were not that bad in my opinion.

Grounds were lovely and rooms were clean. Breakfast was terrific. Loved that there is a restaurant close by for room service. Staff engaging and professional! Would definitely stay here again.

First day…desk was hard pressed for an extra blanket. Second day…I asked for 4 clean towels for my family…gal at the desk scrambled to find 3 towels. For such a large establishment…a towel shortage was not expected. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs though.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. This location has revisited the omelet station and to have a homemade breakfast! Perfect 😊

The Gator Grill changed the menu and I did not care for the selection. If you are not watching what you eat it’s fine. But when I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad wrap , it was like a salad and they grilled the wrap😞 My husband loved the fried Oreo with ice cream!

Breakfast and breakfast staff, the ladies were outstanding.

Not being able to use the pool. They sell pool passes to locals for extra cash income. They took over the area. So sad it was our last day and we paid a weekend rate . They should not allow that many guest were upset by this. It was the main reason we chose this hotel.

We stayed in a Family room with a king size bed and a queen size bed which were sufficient to our family. If they replace a king size bed with 2 single beds and keep a queen size bed, they will sell more to many families. Beds were comfortable. The common area by the pool was large enough and not crowded when we were there. Breakfast was not great, just OK, IMO. It was quiet in side although the hotel was close to a high way.

1/ Carpet in common areas like stairs, hall ways, were not vacuumed often so crumbs and dirt were obvious. 2/ Toilet in my room was dirty at first but after I communicated to the front desk, the front desk manager came to clean it himself and offered 25% off our bill. He did the right thing and he should be praised for his example. However, the house keeping department should take it seriously to make sure cleanliness is the top priority for hotel industry. 3/ Breakfast ends at 9 is too early, IMO, 10 would be better.

The room was clean and plenty big enough. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious!

We ended up with a handicapped accessible room which gave us a zero entry shower. This causes water to go out onto the bathroom floor. We got this room because it was what was available. Also, the shower head was uncomfortable due to some really high water pressure force on a couple of the holes in the shower head. The other adjustments to the shower head made for not enough pressure to even rinse off.

The courtyard/pool area is very nice. The pool and hot tub was clean, lots of seating in both shade and sun, bonus was the music playing. Breakfast was good, more than just cereal. They do allow dogs and have 2 places for them to use. DQ in walking distance. Lobby is nice, with piano for those to use that play. Less than 20 minute drive to several springs.

Carpets in hallways need to be cleaned as well as stair wells. You go down to get to fitness center. Greeting are for fitness center needs to be cleaned up and spruced up.

We had a issue with the vending machine taking my kids money the front desk staff was great the replaced the snacks and gave us a few extras. Breakfast is the best at B.W. they have something that all of my kids eat that's hard to do. The pool oh my gosh we go to B. W. Just to swim and eat breakfast sometimes it's true I promise 😁

Had a few issues some resolved some not. The vending machine took my kids money. When booking the room I had the option to order a rollaway bed for my room which I did and after arriving and checking into the room I went down to the front desk to see about having the bed brought to my room only to be told that since covid they did away with all rollaway beds and I would not be able to receive a bed which meant we ended up with a kid sleeping on the floor on a pallet 😭
