Each employee that I met was more than helpful, kind, and understanding. My stay was due to a last minute emergency. I was upset and dealing with a lot but each person I came across (from the woman cleaning the rooms, the maintenance guy, and the two employees at the front desk) was extremely helpful, thoughtful and personable. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Honestly, there was nothing that I came across or dealt with that I didn’t like.

Location was great close to food, gas, and highway. The staff was friendly as always and they kept common areas clean throughout. The gym was small but efficient and in room jacuzzi was big and perfect.

The breakfast option should be better or better prepared and the in room jacuzzi jet buttons are way to far away across the room to access and restart jets.

Standard included breakfast; it was good. The staff was friendly and worked to get me in a room as soon as I arrived for check in. Parking was convenient and allowed quick access to the Hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The air conditioning and fan was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The linens, towels, sink and bathroom were all fresh and clean.

The room had a perfume odor like what is used to cover up odor of a room that had been smoked in at some time in the past. It was a minimal inconvenience and I have no doubt that if I had requested, the staff would have worked to change my room.

I liked how nice the staff the place was very clean breakfast was okay you couldn't here your neighbors in the next room the down comforter was a life saver

The bed was so very uncomfortable I had to double the down comforter so I could lay on it to sleep that is the only complaint I have

The breakfast was an actual, "Hot", breakfast, not just Danish and fruit with coffee and Tang. The rooms were spotless, everything worked, and some toiletries were included. The hallways, entry and Lobby were clean and uncluttered. There was fruit and flavored water available in the lobby while you waited. The Staff greeted us immediately and were very professional and friendly.

The key cards could not unlock the outer doors at night, requiring entry through the lobby.

2 things stick out, one, the first room we had, there was a residual smell from a previous occupants, not sure what it was, it was just unpleasant, so they let us switch rooms, no problem. 2nd, the pool, I have 2 children, and we always look for a pool at hotels, in called and verified it was open, and unfortunately when we got there, they had closed it again for the next few days.

The staff was extremely kind. The young lady behind the desk was very patient. I was a little curt because of the pool situation, which I did apologize later. She was also kind to my kids, and they warmed up to her quickly. Overall, she did a fantastic job

I like the fact that you guys are up to snuff on all the latest technology what I want you to do is keep it repaired the doors with the key card need to all work not just one of them the elevator needs to be tuned up only because I work for an elevator company once it doesn't take much to make it work quickly,functionally and efficiently.....

I know you don't believe this but your pool is world renowned only because quail hollows pool is closed keep the pool open no matter what it takes even if you have to deal with Friday night yuppies coming in from chardon because they want a football game

Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The indoor pool is a big plus (perfect temperature, not too warm, not too cold). Rooms have been recently renovated and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional.

The breakfast was good everything was clean we had heat and hot water which we really appreciated everything worked great in the room.We would stay there again.

The front desk people were great. One girl with red braids had her moments but the rest of your staff was wonderful.
